I was yelping for a SB courthouse wedding photographer and lo and behold, Cherry came up! We hired Cherry to take our wedding photos for our small (50ish) person wedding at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Gardens. Throughout the whole process, she was very easy to work with and was extremely communicative. It was easy to pick out the best photography package for us directly on her website and we were able to formally book her within just a couple hours! During the months-long wait to our wedding, Cherry checked in and asked some questions and was able to give us in the inside scoop about the Santa Barbara County Courthouse renovations and if it would affect our wedding (luckily it didn't)! She was always super helpful and went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. On event day, she showed up on time and just started getting to work! She was very easy and comfortable to work with. Working with Cherry was such a dream! We hired her relatively short notice for an elopement in Santa Barbara and she was beyond organized and communicative. She had an intake questionnaire of everything that we didn't even know to ask, and her knowledge of the courthouse we got married at was unreal. We got married on the grounds of the Santa Barbara Courthouse and could not have asked for a BETTER photographer!!!! Communication was excellent from our first inquiry about her services, up until the day we met in person on our wedding day. We ran late on our wedding day because I forgot my ID back in the hotel for the marriage license. This review is long due. Cherry was amazing to work with for our micro wedding at the Mural Room in Santa Barbara Courthouse last October. She was responsive and communicated promptly when she could not be there the day of. She gave us the option to have Shannon capture our moment while Cherry still handled pre and post wedding logistics. I need to start by saying this review is long overdue! We got married at the Santa Barbara courthouse 4/16 our photographer was Shannon and she was AMAZING! We decided to elope in Santa Barbara after seeing some pictures online... but we had never actually been there ourselves. I found Cherry on yelp and from the moment I reached out she was so helpful!! I was getting a little intimidated with all the planning and had reached out to a wedding planner who failed to follow up with our meeting.. :( in the meantime I was having great conversations with Cherry and decided to just ask her about some of the things I needed some help with. When booking we went with the Silver Package and I can't believe how much we got for the price! It's been over 2 weeks since Cherry sent me my wedding photos, and everyday I still swoon at at every picture she took. Each and every one of them is soo beautiful I want to frame each one. We recently had a small intimate wedding ceremony at the Santa Barbara courthouse. I found Cherry via Google search when I was looking for a photographer.
