My wife and I thought we would give it a try since it moved from Gap to Georgetown and we were hearing good things about it. We arrived on a Thursday evening just after 5 pm figuring we be around the dinner rush. To our surprise we were the only ones in the place. We order a pepperoni and sausage pizza with a order of cheese fries. The options we had for cheese was mozzarella or american neither have much taste on fries. When our pizza arrived the girl said oh no I forgot to add pepperoni. Well, not only did they forget the pepperoni they must have forgotten to add sauce. Very bad service, we arrive at 9:30 pm and the time they close at Monday 10:00 we went on May 31,2021 Memorial day and the guy say the oven was off when he got a customer first than us, my husband told him but the time you close is 10:00 pm and now is 9:30 and he answer he don't care come more early, my husband answer it's 30 min before you close and he answer very rude and we told him that's not the way to treat the customers and he answer he don't care if we don't come again and he was aggressive even doing signs with his hands. Absolutely terrible service, and extremely rude owner. I ordered a wrap online, delivery time was about an hour which is understandable during lunch rush. I waited until 10 minutes past the expected delivery time to call to check on the status, and was told the driver was currently out and I should have the food shortly. I waited another 15 minutes before calling again, and this time I was informed that my order was sent to the wrong address or lost, and they would have a replacement out asap. Almost another hour later I called again, no food, and the driver was yet again "on the way" (this place is only 5 minutes from where it was to be delivered). I asked for at least a partial refund, and was told that they couldn't but they could give me a discount on a future order. I told them that was unacceptable and that I wouldn't be ordering again with this type of service and was called (an exact quote) "fucking rude". This is beyond absolutely unacceptable. We have always been very impressed with the quality of the pizza here. If you like your pizza a little extra crispy, just ask for your Sicilian well done and it is the perfect thickness and crunch! Their stuffed pizzas are also delicious! Highly recommend! read more

Never again will I go to this place the food was good but nobody was wearing a mask in the entire place except for every customer that walked in. There's a sign on their front door asking us to wear a mask yet they can't be bothered. When I ask them why they weren't wearing a mask I got blank stares. The young lady at the register did pull out a mask and put it on after I inquired about it but everybody else just looked at me blankly. Very very awful experience!!!! I ordered 45.00 worth of delivery. When my food arrived, the soup was so hot they must have microwaved it in the styrofoam cups. Then wrapped the cups in foil. When I untapped the foil the soup went everywhere. I finished my pizza which was mediocre. Then I proceeded to head to the pizza shop. Well... I was accused of eating the soup and or microwaving it. I was never spoken to so rude in my life. After 15 minutes of a worker on the phone I was given two cups of cold soup... Have fun with that! read more

We are new to the area and decided to give this place a shot. What a waste of money. The pizza tasted like freezer pizza. The margharita pizza looked fabulous on the menu. What I got was some tomatoes and regular cheese thrown on some crappy crust. The strombolis had little taste. The mozzarella sticks were ice cold. $54 and I couldn't get anyone to eat it, and I have 4 boys. We ended up having cereal instead. read more

Food was awesome, but the service was almost non-existent. We are a family of six with 4 loud boys and It took 5 minutes for anyone to come out from the back to greet us or take our order. Food came out within 15 mins . But when we were finished I had to yell to the back at least 5 times before the only guy working decided he would help us by getting us some boxes. Terrible service. Ordered three things, waited an hour and a half for delivery and never got our food. Called the restaurant back to get an update and was told "just wait, it's coming". I explained it's been over an hour and a half, and the man told me I was being rude and hung up on me. I called back to cancel my order and he didn't even ask my name or what order. The charge still went through my account, so now I'm dealing with fraud disputes. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never call here again. read more

VIM has great pizza......the crust is crispy and they offer quite a few choices of toppings as well as speciality pizzas. Their hot wings are great as well and served with blue cheese dressing and celery. The staff is very friendly. read more
