While they only had 2 reviews at the time, I liked the photos and went with my instinct. I called in the morning and spoke to Courtney about a customized same day delivery. No problem she said! We discussed the color palette, style and colors. She also emailed me pictures at my request so I can get an idea of the price range. Courtney followed up via email and noted the delivery would be in the afternoon (which was only 3-4 hours from the time I called due to the time difference). Amy, the owner and designer, put together a beautiful arrangement and my friend loved it! See for yourself and if you want a personal touch to your flowers and excellent customer service, give them a call. I'm just bummed I don't have more friends in Madisonville so I can use them more often.

I called first thing in the morning, and the lady who answered the phone was polite and very accommodating. "Yes, of course we can put a little bouquet together and certainly we can deliver it today." A total life saver! The bouquet was beautiful, my wife was thrilled, and her co-workers were jealous (of husband and bouquet). Delivery time from phone call to drop off was only about an hour and a half, but the shop isn't far from my wife's work. It was a little pricier than I expected to spend but the price was not unreasonable considering the great service and the wonderful bouquet we got. A fantastic experience. I will be patronizing them again in the future. Highly recommended for all you slack husbands out there.

My husband picked them up for me or I would have left them and demanded a refund. I was told when I ordered them that her fresh flowers were coming in the following afternoon and that should have sent up red flags. But these flowers barely lasted two days and these photos are just two days after receiving them. Got a call from Molly to make it right so previous post should include that they do care about the flowers they send out and their customer base. So how can she think it's okay to downgrade my order to a quarter of the size and still deliver it????!! I called Caroll and tried to get answers; she was rude, did not care, and would not even let me speak. She acted like the money she received paid for what I got and blamed it on From You Flowers. (I've gone to her once before for something for my mom, she's too expensive, you get very little for your money here.) My fiancé gets me bouquets for a fraction of what I spent, and they are much larger and fuller. Also, both of my parents were home, and the delivery driver did not even knock; they just left the flowers on the doorstep. How impersonal and unprofessional.
