Wow, I'm pretty pleased with the interior and exterior work done here. I got a car a few years ago on Carvana that had a stain in the backseat. The staff gave me reasonable expectations regarding what would be required, how much it would cost, and even let me know that some of the stains which occurred years ago might be difficult to remove not knowing what they were. Additionally, the crew focused on those tiny areas (I believe door jams?) that get gooey and gunky...the car looks like new. I waited for several hours waiting for my BMW 428i to have the engine compartment cleaned and full interior including seats. Richard Collins wanna be told me how great my car came out. Forced to pay before seeing the car, $287 plus, like a fool I tipped 15% . Then he delivered outside the shop. A worker came out and said oh I forgot to clean something, so I waited for the guy to wipe the dash/console are. I was ready to get out of there, then noticed the interior windows hadn't been cleaned and the seats hadn't been cleaned. Plus they demanded $20 as an appointment fee, I assume to guard against no-shows. But, they never credited me for the $20 bucks. Something seems to be going on with the location and perhaps he's stealing customers from a prior partner. Old location or new location? These guys are sketchy as all get out. My husband had his truck detailed so we can take a trip for the holidays, They had the truck for 2 days and when he picked it up, it was kinda dark. Anyways he paid $600+ for their top service. Of course we were already headed out of town so we couldn't take the truck back the next day because they were gonna be closed for the holidays. What was really upsetting is that they call themselves an auto detailing shop, but did nothing of the sort. From the a/c vents, handles, nooks and crannies were not even touched. I literally took a baby wipe and my finger nail to remove the dust / dirt around the vents etc... I could go on and on. I would have done a better job myself. This place is a joke or just have lazy people working for them. I know my truck is nothing like the cars they show in their advertising, but the least they could have done was cleaned the obvious. read more

Buyers Beware! Paid $500 for front and roof 3M ceramic tinting on a Tesla Model S. Front wind shield is the worst install that I've seen on a vehicle. The tint is distorted and stretched too much. It blurs the drivers field of vision; it gives me headaches looking through it. I went back immediately and asked them to fix it. Owner/operator said no. Told me to pay for another installer to take it off and re-do it. If it's better, then they would refund my money. A complete joke! I reminded them they have a "100% satisfaction" statement on their website. Still Refused to refund me. Yelled and raised his voice at me. After arguing for 20 minutes, owner said he would replace it and took it back when I left the premises. Completely unprofessional! A Liar!! I went to my credit card for a chargeback. It was disputed successfully. Avoid at all costs! read more

Cannot recommend this place enough. Took both my BMW and my motorcycle at the same time. Both jobs were excellent. I am especially picky about the motorcycle as it's easy to screw up if you don't know what you are doing. Both guys ride so they were on top of what not to do and the results were more than I could have hoped for. The most impressive thing, however is the pride they take in their jobs. It reminds me of a really good chef. They are very interested with your opinion of their work and seem very concerned that your experience is top notch. Both guys came out and went over what the did and made sure that I was completely happy before I left. I am not going anywhere to get my vehicles detailed again!! read more

I had a relatively clean van that just needed a lot of scrubbing on the floor. It had a large ice chest that I told them just to slide to the side to clean under and around it. I also asked them specifically to vacuum in 2 compartments, both of which they forgot to do. They charged me $432, and I feel totally ripped off. They should have charged a maximum of $150 for what they did. read more

Miguel & Evan did a great job on my Mustang, which was covered with dog hair and desperately needed some TLC. They were both ready for my arrival and treated me like I've been a valuable customer for years (it was my very first time meeting them). I received a call that my car was ready after about 2 hours, they both walked me through each part of the car that they cleaned and then made sure I was satisfied with every crack and crevice! Make sure you give these guys a tip, they deserve it for their A+ customer service and hard work. They do a great job for the price :) read more

Poor quality for the price. I chose the Supreme "Deep Clean" interior detailing for $200. I think anyone would assume this would be a thorough clean especially with the descriptions of "Thorough Carpet Cleaning by Hand with Specialized Brush & High Powered Shop Vac" and "Carpet Shampoo with premium Carpet Cleaner." Upon arrival, an employee told me the Supreme Deep Clean only SPOT treats carpet/seats? And that I would need to pay $300 plus an upcharge of $30 for "pets." I have 1 cat but I don't allow him in my car - there was barely if any hair. I decided to cancel and leave, and they called me back and said they will detail my car for the agreed upon price which I appreciated. When I picked up the car they discussed they even did "hot water extraction" on the seats. I left paying over $250 for detailing. However, parts of the dash were missed!!! It's still sticky and gross. And there are still some stains on the seats. I am baffled. read more
