After my recent experiences, but specifically my experience tonight, at the Central Ave location, I'm honestly questioning why. I had a prescription that had been pending for an entire week. I was told it would be ready today, yet I received no updates or communication of any kind. Because I needed it urgently, I called the pharmacy multiple times throughout the day. Each time, my call was either picked up and immediately hung up, or I was left on hold for extremely long periods--over 30 minutes once, and more than 16 minutes another time and then was still hung up on. When I finally reached someone, the situation somehow got worse. The woman who answered was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She told me she had been on vacation and had "no idea" what was going on with my prescription. When I asked if she could check with another employee, she refused--not because no one was available, but simply because she didn't want to. She also said she couldn't help because it was "late," even though I had been calling all day and being hung up on. She showed zero concern when I explained how frustrating the repeated hang-ups were. She wouldn't check other Walgreens locations in Hot Springs, wouldn't look into the delay, and wouldn't offer any solution at all. The call ended with her giving me a sarcastic, cheerful "no problem" after providing absolutely no assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of communication, the repeated hang-ups, and the outright refusal to help were beyond unprofessional. I've trusted Walgreens for decades, but this experience at the Central Ave location was genuinely shocking. Walgreens needs to address this immediately. No customer should be treated this way--especially when they're relying on a time-sensitive prescription.

Unfortunately Chris started his own cosmetic business and so he no longer works at Ulta. He was so professional I continued to go to Ulta. Three months ago, I could not get an appointment with Chris so I went and booked an appointment with Sarah. After my hair cut, I saw that my left side was longer than the right, and mentioned that and asked her to even it up. She immediately used the electric shear and cut it half inch shorter than the right side. She did it so quickly I did not have time to say anything about it so the following month, I went in and mentioned it to Chris, which he corrected for me and also colored my hair. After he corrected Sarah's mistake, he told me he will no longer be working there and recommended another hairdresser but she is no longer there now so I ended up with Sarah again this time which I have great reservation and went in with trepidation. Unfortunately, you can see from this picture how dark she colored my hair (about three shades too dark). She said she was just following the formula in the computer. This formula has been correct since May 2021. I even questioned her while she was doing the coloring because it appeared to be too dark. She told me it would be fine which it was not (as you can see from the pictures).
