Along the way, he was nice enough to make suggestions on "things to do" in la jolla and made the ride really pleasant. We had the pleasure of meeting Martina, the owner, the next day when she picked us up from Mt Soledad. She picked us up at the last minute with a big smile on her face and only charged a very little fee. It is a family owned business and they run it very professionally and priced fairly . Yesterday I called him last minute to arrange a pick up for a family member last night at LAX. Justin always shows up as promised, on time and often early, and we will definitely use his services again in the future. Do not hesitate to book with him...he is outstanding!!

This was the only cab I could find to give her a ride to the airport at 5 AM in the morning in La Jolla. As of today, that very same girl is now my wife, and I make sure she takes a cab from Richie (the owner) wherever she needs to go. Richie is the main driver, he is a gentleman first and then an excellent driver. He always shows up ten minutes before I ask him to do so. And if he cannot show up, he makes sure one of his other drivers is there ready to go. The service is unprecedented in my area. The best part is that his prices are not expensive compared to other drivers.

Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. I really appreciate it bc after traveling for 24 hrs all you want to worry about is to go to sleep and this was one less thing off my plate to think about. So, thank you 5 Star Transportation Services for all you do! And yes, I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong. I will continue working with them. I have them as my contact on my phone now!
