We needed transportion to the TJ airport CBX crossing. It was the first time we were experiencing the CBX crossing and wanted everything to run smoothly. Great service. It was so easy to set up the reservation. The driver , Omar, was early to pick me up to take me to the airport and was very courteous. He texted me to let me know he was on the way. Therefore, there were no surprises or no need to worry that the driver would not show up. The car was nice and very clean. I also used them to pick me up from the airport on the way back. Really happy we chose BCT. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I needed a ride to Calabasas, so I chose Black Car. It was definitely a great decision. Drivers were on time both times and they didn't leave anything to chance by arriving 5 minutes early. We have used them many times since then. I hired this company to drive my two young daughters and I to Los Angeles to purchase and pick up a new car. Armen arrived on time in a very nice, very clean Denali. He helped load both of my children's car seats for me, and even helped me chase down my dog when he ran away shortly after he arrived! He could not have been nicer. We arrived by plane and drove to San Marcos. The ride was on time, reliable and the driver was friendly. I left something in the car, texted him and he immediately returned (within 5 min of dropping me off). On the return, I asked if he could come earlier than scheduled and he did with no problem.
