Last weekend when I stayed at the hotel, the sheets were not clean on the bed and the toilet ran all night long making noise... I want to write an email to corporate to inform them of these issues. Will be writing an email to corporate where they need to train personnel that names are not considered entitled... and actually I think I am entitled to know your name when I'm speaking to you and you're in customer service . She made everything worse by her bad attitude ....I doubt if the names she gave me was even correct

Let me FCKIN VENT , I never in my fckin life did I have such unorganized, unprofessional manager…read more She will make you go so insane inside your head that I couldn't keep up with her delusional brain. Honestly by all mean y'all wanna work there that's fine , but let me tell you this and I'm being honest about all of this. She will talk shit behind my assistant manager back and put her down. Than when I confronted her about it she tried lying and tried playing victim . Like bitch there's CAMERAS EVERYWHERE! I know this is unprofessional of me being front desk or now use to, since she decided to let me go and I didn't have any write ups and I did nothing wrong but she just let me go because nothing goes her way. Shes fckin mad because my husband works for the city got a higher position in it and my schedule had to change afternoons and she fckin agreed and we made deals about it and today she just said it's not gonna work and whatever turn in my shirts and badge. Like are you fckin serious knowing my situation she did me wrong at the end. Like when I worked there she constantly told me and my coworker how to do our jobs and apparently we didnt know no shit. But yet I was the one fckin helping her with some shit that she couldn't understand. Me and my coworker know how to do our job. I was never ugly never disrespectful to her. But today she really got me like I have 4 kids my husband can't do it all. I mean the manager will honestly tell you shit how everything you're doing is wrong even tho she's the one that trained you. She will talk shit about guests behind their back and talk shit bout certain housekeepers. Yet she favorites 2 of them. Yes I'm gonna call labor department on this place first thing tomorrow. Let me tell you if I have to get the law involved I will fckin do it. This manager is way out of line of what she does. She makes it seem like she does everything and just tells you do this or do that , no what are you doing, you should know by now , she acted like she had to keep training me when I knew exactly how to do everything or put you down about how your doin job. Like my anxiety is so high with her it makes you not wanna have to go to work. But yea , I got let go literally for knowing how to do my job and for her not to get her fckin way . Like I thought it was supposed to be professional, not a place where it makes you not wanna work and deal with such unorganized manager. That's all I have to say. P.S she likes talking about other past co workers and blame the new ones that come in and say it's their fault that they quit , because the other person wasn't doing anything right. Ok now I'm done.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I stayed here on a long term stay for…read morework and could not get my basic needs met. The customer service here is bare minimum and the hotel manager lives on the 4th floor with a dog. During my stay I repeatedly had to ask house keeping to please clean my room and they would regularly give an attitude and most days would not clean the room. During a 45 day stay, my room was cleaned 3 times. My bed sheets were only changed once. I asked for a new shower curtain because mine was molded at the bottom and received one with gum stuck to it. My towels were replaced several time with dirty/stained towels, and the hallways were always filthy (not vacuumed) and often smelled terrible due to the trash (see photos) left in the hallways for days at a time. I took several photos on a week by week basis to show the level of care that there is NOT at this hotel. There were several other coworkers of mine who experienced the exact same and countless times went to management to make requests for cleaning and other basic needs and were often made to come down and "pick up" what we needed or told they would take care of it but no action was ever taken. Do not stay at this hotel, your comfort is not their priority.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had…read more When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Instead, there was a note instructing guests to pick up a phone and call for assistance. Ironically, the phone simply rang at the front desk because the employee hadn't taken the cordless phone with them, so there was no way for them to know guests were waiting. We were initially assigned Room 102, but it didn't have a TV remote or even a power cord for the television. We returned to the front desk and were moved to Room 419. It was a warm evening, and the air conditioning in that room wasn't working. After another trip to the front desk, the employee seemed more bothered than interested in helping. She also was wearing a Whataburger T-shirt rather than anything identifying her as a hotel employee, which added to the unprofessional first impression. We were then moved to Room 311. The room was outdated, felt dirty, and looked poorly maintained. Before settling in, we stripped the bed to check for bedbugs, and while doing so, we found an old lollipop with hair stuck to it behind the headboard. By that point it was late, so we decided to stay rather than move rooms again. The exterior of the hotel gives a much better impression than the interior. All three rooms we were assigned were outdated, dingy, and unclean. I've attached photos to show the condition we encountered. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

When I arrive and checked in had to set on the sofa while the maintenance man change the sheets and the cleaning lady sprayed some stuff in the bathroom and put in some clean towels. They came in picked up dirty towels and replace them with new ones. Third day found a bug in my bed. Checkout immediately. If I could give this hotel a negative star I would. I know this is not Comfort Suites normal practice, but I am use to having my room CLEANED when I stay which includes, clean sheet everyday, clean towels, bathroom cleaned, trash taken out and floor vacuumed.
