She will talk shit about guests behind their back and talk shit bout certain housekeepers. Yet she favorites 2 of them. Yes I'm gonna call labor department on this place first thing tomorrow. Let me tell you if I have to get the law involved I will fckin do it. This manager is way out of line of what she does. She makes it seem like she does everything and just tells you do this or do that , no what are you doing, you should know by now , she acted like she had to keep training me when I knew exactly how to do everything or put you down about how your doin job. Like my anxiety is so high with her it makes you not wanna have to go to work. But yea , I got let go literally for knowing how to do my job and for her not to get her fckin way . The customer service here is bare minimum and the hotel manager lives on the 4th floor with a dog. During my stay I repeatedly had to ask house keeping to please clean my room and they would regularly give an attitude and most days would not clean the room. During a 45 day stay, my room was cleaned 3 times. My bed sheets were only changed once. I asked for a new shower curtain because mine was molded at the bottom and received one with gum stuck to it. My towels were replaced several time with dirty/stained towels, and the hallways were always filthy (not vacuumed) and often smelled terrible due to the trash (see photos) left in the hallways for days at a time. I took several photos on a week by week basis to show the level of care that there is NOT at this hotel. There were several other coworkers of mine who experienced the exact same and countless times went to management to make requests for cleaning and other basic needs and were often made to come down and "pick up" what we needed or told they would take care of it but no action was ever taken. Do not stay at this hotel, your comfort is not their priority.
