It's the only hardware store in town, but they don't act that way. The selection merchandise is always high quality and they usually have what I need. I've also had equipment repaired here and it's been such a great experience. Mike, the mechanic, was super helpful recently when I had my chainsaw repaired here. He even took me outside and did a refresher on how to run it efficiently and effectively. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere else. And I appreciate that. Chris, who is usually at the service desk is also super helpful. The cashier staff is always on point and friendly. It makes me grateful to have them in town.

However, when I went inside to retrieve my item, although I had my order and confirmation with me, they refused to release my order to me because I did not show them photo id. After working in the yard all day, I didn't have my wallet with me. The email they sent did not indicate it required photo id. The representative argued with me and told me "it says it somewhere on the website!" How disappointing to go to a local hardware store, where you want to be able to trust employee's opinions, yet they cannot apply common sense to a situation. Who else would have my order or confirmation number? Isn't that the whole point? Strict adherence to policies that are not clearly set forth ANYWHERE, particularly when it is not in the email that says "come get your order!" and provides a CONFIRMATION NUMBER, makes me doubt the common sense of the employee and the people telling him what to do. What a waste of my time! Next time I will just go to Lowe's where they will bring it outside to me, like everyone else is willing to do when you order online (WITHOUT ASKING ME FOR MY PHOTO ID!).

I have been thinking about Edison bulbs for my house and after coming into this place I really liked the idea of having a mason jar light fixture! This place gave me so many ideas and what made it even better was they had all the gadgets to make my dreams come true! For those ladies or gents who are being dragged in here by your significant other, there's something here for you too! They sell some quality bags that you can use for the beach or possibly every day if you would like. Or if you don't want bags, they have awesome hats you can buy and use to keep the sun out of your eyes when you're doing yard work or possibly watching your significant other work outside.. whichever you prefer! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some awesome ideas for their house or apartment!

I had put a bottle of something in my cart but exchanged it for the real item I wanted and just left the bottle behind. Security met me in the parking lot. It was not a pleasant experience. I do not think I will go back there.

It's a little town me and my fiancee visited just to get outta dodge for the weekend. We were debating if we should go out to eat for the night or if we should stop by the grocery and grab some stuff for the airbnb and stay in. Decided on the grocery so stopped here due to the intriguing name! I've never seen a grocery & hardware store in one! I wasn't too hopeful, but .... the grocery part was actually very impressive! This little place almost has everything you could want! It has deli type packaged foods and produce on the way in, drinks to the right (including alcohol) snacks and chips n' such in the middle then fridged packaged meats to the back right and more drinks to the back. We ended up grabbing a bunch of stuff and having a decent night in! Prices were pretty ok and selections were pretty ok! Found a little clearance rack in teh back that had some pork rines and bugles, among some others, which were a great find! REALLY cheap clearance, which is awesome! The older checker lady was so sweet and such a quaint pleasure to encounter compared to the usual busy non-chalant city associates I'm used to. I DEF feel like if we visit this area again we'll be wanting to stop at this cute little place again! :P
