She helped me get the three different rings under one name instead of the two it was originally under which will be a tremendous help in the future. She inspected and cleaned my rings quickly and chatted with me the entire time. I happened to have a watch that needed a battery and inquired if she could do it. After a quick check she said she was able to and started working on it right away. It only took her a couple minutes to change and then she told me about a special promotion that if I did I would get the battery for free. Of course I agreed and saved $25!! I was so impressed with her friendliness and helpful demeanor. I wish I knew her name to give her the props owed, but she is exactly why I love doing business with them. Everyone always seems willing to help you no matter what you are there for. I didn't spend a dime today but the sales associate helped like I had spent a million!
