We sat down at a free table when a waitress came up to us and said "take-out?" So I said, "No, we'd like to eat in, if that's okay." Just "No," came the barked response. Finding pho in Germany is very difficult. My colleagues ordered fried rice & a chicken dish. The food was decent & the location is good.
