Where do I start? This property is AMAZING! The view is breathtaking. You honestly do feel like you are in paradise when you stay here. Let's start with "The Hill" - the house is on the top of this "hill" that will literally 'take your breath away'! It's a short walk down the hill to Tamboo, the local "water hole". Just count your $2.50 rum punches because the walk back up the hill is a killer leg workout! "Don't attempt the hill of you are too intoxicated it's interesting to say the least!" "The House:" - The house is safely gated & has a side entrance that is only accessible with a key. There is enough drive way space for 3 cars to park & they also have a spot next to the Villita (smaller apartment) above the garage.. which by the way is the cutest thing ever! The designer of the bathroom in the Villita was a genius. It's so beautiful! Ok back to "The House" The rooms are spacious. King size bed in the Master bedroom & 2 queen size beds in the 2nd room. Plenty of closet space & a dresser to store clothes. (Washer & dryer available also) The living room area has a comfy couch (pull out bed) and comfy seats the "hug you" when you are relaxing watching Direct TV or reading a book. The Master Bathroom has a double sink & the main bathroom is beautiful. Seriously who designed these bathrooms?? Amazing!! The Kitchen: I love to cook & they provide just the right amount of pots, pans, strainers, blenders, plates, utensils & serving dishes to make a homemade meal. The Pool-backyard: Private pool with a beautiful view. You can see the ocean while you are pool side & you can even hear the waves crashing on the beach. There is beautiful wildlife surrounding the Villa El Encanto. This last trip were were visited by an iguana. Tons of little lizards helping the eco system of bugs to stay away! In the morning the birds sing to you. There is an out door bathroom next to the Grill area. (Pool supplies are stored there also) outside shower to wash off the sand before you jump in the pool. The owners have placed their special touch on the outside grill/sink area. (Outside fridge to store those beers too!) You can see the sunset/sunrise on the upstairs balcony area, very romantic- if you are into that kinda thing! The cute town of Rincón was booming. So many new shops have opened up since our last trip 4 years ago. Rincón Beer Company has some pretty fantastic beers. There was an "Art walk" on Thursday night & you can buy all sorts of cool souvenirs there. Do yourself a favor - book your stay NOW! You won't regret it! read more

Villa El Encanto is exactly that un encanto (a charm). This is a beautiful spacious house on a hill so the view is amazing. The grounds are meticulously kept and the pool is definitely a plus. Inside the house is kept spotless, and comes with everything you would need. It's a short drive to beach, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again! read more

I LOVE VILLA EL ENCANTO! My husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our dream wedding at this wonderful location. Our wedding was held outdoors in late April 2018 and the gardens were absolutely gorgeous. All the vibrant colored flowers and lush greenery surrounding us added an amazing romantic ambiance to our ceremony and reception. The area provided for the event was the perfect size for our modern and exclusive ceremony. Our family and guests were marveled with the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains of the west coast of Puerto Rico. This property is very versatile. After our celebration we rented their romantic "Villita" for our honeymoon. After all the wedding related items were removed, the property completely transformed into a comfortable, relaxing and refreshing tropical retreat, were we continued to enrich our already romantic/happy/fun experience. In addition, there is peace of mind knowing there is a large capacity water reserve and generator that means all goes according to plan. Villa el Encanto is the perfect place to stay in the magnificent surf town of rincon. In the first floor living room they provide you with a great HD tv which gives you the iMax experience . The master bedroom tv is even better and bigger, with intense color deficiency, The furniture upstairs and downstairs are top notch modern that have been replaced every couple of years to keep the freshness of the environment . There is an amazing hammock in the outside patio that relaxes you and provides you the relaxation you deserve for your money. There is a complete library set in the living room that have not one speck of dust . This showing the luxury cleanliness that comes with the money you spend staying here.
