Residents are served three meals a day, either in the family-style dining room or delivered to their own room. For those who need help with their meals the staff provides assistance with kindness and patience. Clothes and personal laundry are washed regularly, and if diapers are needed, they are changed regularly and with care. The caregivers are consistently pleasant, attentive and respectful. They treat each resident with dignity while making sure their needs are met. Birthdays are celebrated with a cake provided by the home or families may bring their own if they wish, which adds a nice personal touch. If any concern arises, the administrators/owners, William and Patty, are wonderful about addressing it quickly and compassionately. His room was infested with rat feces and we had to report it several times before they came to clean. When they finally did come to clean they did not clean all of it up. They have "forgotten" to give him his meds a couple of times. At night seems like there is no help or people around. You will be told to make an appointment, and they will NEVER set a date/time to talk with you. Best part is, patients have been given the wrong medications. This place is only there to collect money not take care of the residents. THEY DO NOT CARE!

The Villa Anne is a truly clean home and well‑maintained every time I visited. I was always greeted warmly by the two caregivers, and sometimes by Robert and/or Stephanie , the owners, as well. I felt the caregivers and the owners were attentive, compassionate, and very aware of each resident's needs. They also made a point to communicate with our family and accommodate anything my mother needed. Although my mother was only there for about four months before she passed, I felt the quality of care she received was excellent. We spoke to the owner, Gabriela, an LVN, about specific physical issues that my sister was having. She assured us that they could provide a safe and comfortable environment for her and give her the care she needed. We noticed how lively and friendly the caregivers, Joe and Dina, were as they went about their duties cooking and cleaning and caring for the residents who were out in the dining area. There was background music playing and the facility seemed bright and welcoming. The aroma from the kitchen, where the evening meal was being prepared, was inviting. My sister quickly adapted to the structure and routine and said she was happy there. After falling and injuring herself numerous times at the previous assisted living facility, she fell only once at Senior Oasis. Joe and Dina got to know my sister quickly, and notified us when they saw something unusual in her behavior and demeanor. We took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Gabriela opened a sister facility, Senior Oasis 2, shortly after and asked if we would like to send my sister there. It was a spacious and well appointed facility with an upscale home feel. Joe and Dina were transferring there, so our sister said she wanted to go too. She lived there for the remainder of her life - Gabriela, Joe and Dina and the other Senior Oasis caregivers adapted and adjusted to her worsening health and eased her into hospice care. We are very fortunate to have found Senior Oasis and Gabriela and her team. They provided the highest quality care and comfort for my sister during the last year of her life...and we are forever grateful. Thank You so much!!!
