And I really hope that my review helps fellow yelpers who are planning for destination wedding in Europe. So Quinta de Sant'ana (QSA) is located about 45 minutes away from Lisbon city center. It is a beautiful vineyard with a fantastic team that is very experienced in wedding planning (especially destination wedding). I chose them not only because of all the excellent reviews, but the fact that they have all services included for you. Some venues don't provide food and you have to find a catering company to deliver food to the venue, which can be a hassle when you are in a foreign country. QSA provides food (lots of food), drinks (it's a vineyard!), accommodation, transportation and all the vendors you need (bands, makeup artists, photographers, celebrants, etc). After I picked a date they sent me an excel sheet with all the information I needed. And that's how I communicate with them to tell them what I wanted (meals, flora arrangements, etc). And the costs of meals and any services were listed out clearly so I got to choose what I wanted based on my budget. They responded to my emails very quickly and gave me so many valuable suggestions. Our wedding turned out so perfect that I had nothing to complain about. The wedding planner arranged everything on that day so I didn't have to worry about anything but just enjoyed myself. And all the guests had so much fun. Definitely consider QSA if you want to have a rustic weddings in Europe!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and we had no problems at all. The services were top notch as every single person greeted us with a big smile. From the receptionist to the bell staff, they all took great care of our needs. The room was quite big and toilet super clean. The amenities were top notch for the price. I was able to book bus tours as well from the lobby. The taxi and Uber pickup is right in front of the property. There was a Grocery store right in front of the hotel called Roma store that was convenient for milk, juices, bread, butter and other necessities. They also have a buffet and a bar if you dont want to go outl. I highly recommend this hotel for the location, service, ambiance and amenities

The shower was among the best hotel showers I've seen - instant hot water, holds temperature well, and the floor not very slippery. If there were a way to hold the telephone shower head at the level of my face rather than my navel, it'd be perfect.

We stayed here for 5 nights & really enjoyed our stay. The room was classy & had everything you could wish for. All the staff members were amazing. Very helpful & accommodating. On our first night we realized that our AC wasn't working properly. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning & right away someone was sent to check it out. When it couldn't be fixed we were given another room instantly. We appreciated it VERY much. We don't normally have breakfasts in hotels that we stay in because we like to go out & try different things... however we had breakfast here one time & enjoyed it very much. We will definitely stay in this charming hotel next time we are in Lisbon.

Frankly, I think this place is a shit hole compared to the other places I've been able to stay in Portugal... I wish I could rate it no stars, but the lowest you can go on Google reviews is one star.. I highly suggest you book else where. The hotel MARQUÊS DE POMBAL was very nice. How can this be called a four star hotel?? And the parking garage is abysmal.

This means at certain times of the day, the lobby or the breakfast area is an absolute zoo and pure chaos. They are a 5 stars level with a 4 to 4.5 stars experience depending on time of day. Their elevator is modernized, pre-scan with room card, and assigned an elevator. Some visitors simply take a longer time to understand how it works. One can get stuck behind a group and wait forever for an elevator. Other than that, we had a genuinely excellent stay. The room is comfortably sized and set up well. We were on the 17th floor with a skyline view. Pockets of the hotel are particularly pretty. My favorite is the back garden area. There are places to get a drink or simply visit. Breakfast can be chaotic when a tour group(s) is also there, but they manage well. The food choices are abundant; the cut fruits such as papaya were ripe and delicious. Coffee and drinks are delivered to the table. The location is good but not great. It is near a train station and a grocery store. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance, though not many. More options are a 20 minutes' walk away. Taking an uber is easier.

Lobby is small but cute with some seating - there is a mirror that makes it look much bigger. Friendly staff. Was able to check in a couple of hours early which helped in our case as we were moving from another hotel so this made it seamless. We had a room with a small balcony looking out on the street with trees (202). Room interior looks new with carpeted floor. Not big with firm queen bed also a couch, and one desk chair. Not a lot of place to stow luggage (no luggage rack). Electric tea kettle with coffee/tea and creamer, fridge and safe. Aircon is good and quiet. Bathroom had black and white tiles all look pretty new. Firm bed, 4 pillows and good quality bedding. Good continental breakfast - fluffy croissants and there is choice of scrambled or hard boiled eggs. Dining room in basement level is spacious so never felt crowded. They also have a drinking water dispenser in the lobby which is a nice feature. Convenient location - Spar supermarket just two blocks away as well as metro and main Ave Liberdade. Turim Hotel was a cut above most that I have stayed in. It felt classy. Dignified. I felt like I was important, and I would be taken care of. The staff were well dressed, sharp and courteous. The hotel design was elegant and made me feel like I was being welcomed in. The room was chic and well laid out. I felt very much at home there. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Dinner was a juicy steak. The location, makes for a great hike up a steady hill from the waterfront with so much to see along the way. I recommend coming home to this hotel if it is in your budget.

It's central to everthing Lisbon has to offer and close to all of the amenities and some great restaurants and food places and the yellow bus. The hotel staff are unbelievable and a great resource for information on what to do where to go and what to eat. I want to especially give Christina a shout out. Christina is an incredible human being and a great ambassador for this hotel. She has been wonderful from the very beginning.. I think Christina works mostly at night, but she's such a breath of fresh air. The day we got here the elevator was broken, and she single-handedly insisted on taking four of our cases upstairs to the third-floor. Needless to say, we really didn't want her to, but she insisted, and that for me is service that goes beyond just a broken elevator. She was so considerate that she didn't want us to climb three flights of stairs, which we were perfectly capable of doing, and she took us through. This secret elevator also known as the service elevator. I think the hotel could do with some updating, which is why I didn't give this five stars. The rooms are tiny the carpets really really need either replacing or serious cleaning, but the people make up for what us Americans would consider some shortcomings in the actual hotel like the carpet in the hallways. Incidentally, the bedrooms does not have carpets. I love that. This place has an incredible sense of humor and they have cute little sayings all over the place. My favorite saying is right at the front door which happens to be double glass doors and they have a sticker on the door that says" hello. My name is Glass. ". Needless to say they put that there, because so many people wanted to make close friends with the glass doors . Love this place and the people that work here please visit them.

Take the Aerobus and get off at the last stop Rossio Square and the hotel is right across and the street. The bus was 4 Euro and only a 15 minutes ride from the airport and the bus comes often. I booked my room directly through hotel's website instead of a third party. Even though the hotel prices are in euro the post conversion rate was cheaper and it came with breakfast. Warning some of the third party sites don't include breakfast in the price. I highly recommend the breakfast it from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and had a great selection. The hotel staff speaks fluent english and they walked us up to our hotel room. A complementary port was served we had the choice between a white and red port. I made a special request for the Zen room and I was super excited this room I recieved-they have several room styles. The room comes with a bathrobe and slippers and has a Nespresso coffee machine. I requested an additional blanket as I like lots of blankets. Overall, the hotel is great value and comes with free high speed wifi. I highly recommend and the beds are super comfortable.
