One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The business appeared open, with lights on…read moreand signage still displayed. Instead of informing customers that the store was closed, the cashier stood silently and watched us until we left. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. If the store is closed, communicate it clearly rather than treating customers with disrespect. Her dismissive and unfriendly attitude was extremely unprofessional. Employees representing a business should treat customers with basic respect, and that was clearly absent here.

I got out of my vehicle and walked passed the stump and i felt a sharp pain then warmth. I looked at my left leg and saw blood. There was a rusty nail and wire sticking out of the stump. I went inside and advised the attendant and I showed him my injury and the nail and wire. He said he would have them removed immediately. I called my doctor the next morning and he recommended me to go get a tetanus shot, so I did. I now have an ugly scar on my leg as well. I have a portion due that my health insurance didn't pay. I went to the store today because I received the bill. I spoke to the same attendant as before asking for their insurance information, so I can have them pay my out of pocket. He called his manager, who called the owner. He then called the attendant who said the owner got angry and was yelling at him that THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THEIR INSURANCE OR PAY MY OUT OF POCKET. How ridiculous is that! You are liable for my injury and my damages. Low life people who are not complying with the law. Don't shop or get gas here!!!!! I will be seeking legal advice and be reporting them to the proper authorities.

It's very busy most of the time, but you'll be in and out of there in a timely matter. This location also sits on a Chevron gas station without a food mart so grab snacks elsewhere if you're heading on a trip. The wash itself was great. It gets pre washed before entering the automatic car wash by male employees. Soap gets really foamy so I trust my car is getting thoroughly washed. It gets air dried with extreme blowers....or whatever they're called. You gotta be careful though, my previous car's front emblem was knocked off by this car wash and my car before that the trim was taken off. I'm crossing my fingers that I have no issues with my new car while I bring it here, but then again you take that chance at other car washes as well. :\

This location is always substantially cheaper than the other gas stations on the street (I've seen it over 20 cents cheaper than the Chevron a couple blocks away) which is great! Google says this Costco has 24 pumps, but the one outer island has only 2 pumps unlike the other…read morelanes that have 3 pumps each. I seem to count 22 pumps. I could be wrong. This Costco Gas Station was not very busy any of the times I have been here. I'm from SoCal where we usually have to wait for our turn at the pump. It was nice to drive up and pump my gas so quickly! You can get Regular, Premium, and Diesel Fuel here. The price for the Regular gas was lower here than at other Gas Stations, so I opted to come here. Yes, you do need to have a Costco Membership Card to use these pumps. There is NO CASH feature here, so you will need a card. You can also use the Costco App. Unless you have a question or need, this is basically a self-service facility. If you are handicapped, they will pump your gas for you. Whenever I come to Visalia, I usually come here for my gas. I might check out the neweest location which is not far from here. It has 32 fuel pumps AND a Car Wash!
