I've always had good experiences here and always had quick service, today they even went above and beyond. Sadly i didn't get the name of the worker but they aided a blind person in locating the restroom in the most helpful and respectful way I've seen from workers, great to know they are helping with people who need it read more

That sign is REALLY tall and reaches up to the heavens the way signs tend to do in the middle of nowhere because there's no other way to attract business. I went to see family all the way 6hrs up north. And during covid no restrooms are open anywhere.... I stopped at a few of the ampms on my way up and was so happy to see them open and covid friendly... the first one I went to they were cleaning the bathrooms made me happy to see... coffee was available to buy and hot! Always these ampm's are stuck with lots of choice of goodies.... the next one I stopped at was clean as well I got to use the restroom on my long drive and was very happy on like the 76 that was closed to customers.... again it had a list of times bathroom was being cleaned.... very friendly staff.... on the way back stopped at two other ones in different cities and was happy to say I yelped ampm's near by and always got to find one and none of them Disappointed me! read more

Sigh. I go to this gas station all the time because it's cheap. However, twice in the last few weeks I've gone there and ALL the pumps were out of order! There is nothing more frustrating than being in a hurry, driving over there, and then finding out the whole station is shut down. Then you have to turn around and head back to Chevron ($4 a gallon, anyone!?) or one of the other little ones in town where you wait in line for 45 minutes. My favorite thing about Arcos is that they are one of the last gas stations where you can still pay at the pump. I hate having to go inside and wait in line. I like to pay outside and move on with my life. For the last few months, their machine hasn't been taking my debit card. It works other places, just not there. I've found this to be the case with several Arcos. I really, really wish they'd get things sorted out. I WANT to like them. read more

This place is joke!!!! I came to this location the morning of friday 8/26/16 at 7:25 am. I gave the cashier 30 dollars cash 1 20 dollar bill and 1 10 dollar bill. I bought 2 watermelon rockstars which were 2 for 4 dollars and asked the cashier to put the rest on pump 7. I went out to pump my gas and it stops at 20.54 cents. I go back inside let them know that my pump stopped 5 dollars short and i should have some change. The cashier admits and tells the assistant manager yes she gave me 30$ cash and she doesnt know where the change went that there computer glitched. The assistant told me my change would be refunded back to my debit card. I told her i paid with cash and i would just like my change back. She printed my receipts pulled a rockstar off the shelf and told me she was going to have to look into it and she would call me when they ran the paperwork. I told her i didnt understand that if the cashier says i gave her 30$ cash my receipt says i pumped only 20$ in gas and bought 2 rockstars why couldn't i get my changed back. She insisted they would have to do paperwork and than they will call me and if the money doesnt show up than I'm out of luck. So I called corporate number made a complaint, they said what they did was wrong and they didnt understand and would look into it. the next day saturday the 27th i don't get a phone call and i go back in. The cashier says the manager isnt in today and your money never showed up in the paperwork so I'm just out of luck. I don't understand how i paid cashed everyone admitted that their something happened but they refused to reimburse me. Its only 5$ but if they did this to me how many other people are they doing this too? The employees are either stealing or something is really wrong with Arco AmPm standards. read more

This place is horrible! I avoid it like the plague in the mornings, the cashiers are NEVER behind the counters, they're slow as heck when they do get there and have an attitude. I went in and bought a drink once, the sniffly girl wiped her nose on her hand and the picked up my drink and scanned it. I was shocked, and told her what she did "nuh-uh, I used my other arm." No, I just watched you, how can you do that, it's just gross. I appreciate that this place puts retarded people to work, but in a service industry where people are in a hurry to get to work. Horrible employees, crappy service, and unsanitary counter people. The only reason this place is still open is that it has cheap gas. And to the blonde that owns the place, I understand you don't like to hire people smarter than you, but you must be a moron to hire people as dumb as this.
