She was professional, informative and genuinely a spiritual soul. She introduced the 7 chakra discs, we discussed intention setting and I chose 2 stones that she briefly explained how they relate to the chakra discs I chose. Laying on the healing crystals/stones was very powerful and helped me relieve a lot of built up blockage and negative energy I had in various parts of my body. I do remember falling in a deep sleep, but also being aware of the positive energy, vibrations and aromatherapy surrounding me. The next morning, I felt energized from releasing a lot of heavy burdens lifted from my heart/mind..it truly helped me to regain balance. Overall, great mind, body and soul experience and would recommend to visit Shannon for a healing reiki session!

" I really need to see a life coach." Did you just answer that question with "Never"... Yeah me too, but I have to say, put the cold one down lick off your fingers or wash them whatever you prefer and give Jen a call. Jen has been a friend for a little while and when I found out that she was life coaching I was obviously reluctant since as an ex football player as soon as I thought about letting her "Coach" me I pictured me running laps or pushing a sled with Jen Standing on it Yelling " That's all you got". This was probably the farthest picture of what it actually ended up being. Through some phone calls and conversations with Jen and actually opening up to her she was actually able to help me find my "Sweet spot" well.... That is what I like to call it, that place in life where things are going well, and mentally and emotionally you are in your sweet spot. Living your life "IN' your life, not going through the motions on the outside looking in. She in a subtle non-Pushup kind of way helped me to learn to be conscious of my thoughts and helped me to really understand, that your state of mind drives the ship. Jen is very easy to talk to you and is very aware of the personal material you go over with her. I would recommend getting in touch with Jen and letting her help you to open your mind, body and soul to achieve all things Great!

I would not be the strong, resilient, woman I am today without her mentorship, unconditional support, non judgmental advice throughout my journey.   Maria first came into my life when I made the difficult decision to place my son up for an open adoption. I was struggling with PPD as well as mental abuse and judgment from my family with the decision that I made. I felt alone, lost, and judged. Maria shared her story with me, coached me through my grief, and supported me in my weakest moments. Last year, I attended the high school graduation of the beautiful boy I gave birth to and I have the most beautiful relationship with his parents and extended family. Maria helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am so grateful to her for being by my side. My second motherhood experience came when I made the decision to accept full custody of my 5 young siblings (age 6, 8, 10, 12, 14) after the state of Virginia removed custody from our parents due to mental and physical abuse. I was in my early 20's, didn't eve know how to cook myself a meal, let alone becoming a single mother overnight to 5 siblings who I loved so deeply. I was on the phone with Maria nearly daily seeking her guidance and support through the hard times with my siblings, with learning how to be a parent, and with my own trauma, anxiety and depressive emotions of not feeling adequate enough. Maria is a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of motherhood whether conventional or unconventional. I continue to learn so much from her and I feel so blessed that I found her.
