I've had nothing but problems starting with the remote sales staff taking weeks to return emails resulting in delayes schedules. He stated the glass for the doors were included as long as we wanted flat glass, Cabinets arrived with no glass at all. Cost me five hudred to buy additional glass. The cabinet arrived with doors which the raised panles wobble and shake when you open and close the doors. Addiotionally cabinet doors worped due to improper fitement of the raised panel and frame. They offered to rework the doors but not remake them to correct dimensions. What a joke. The microwave drawer cabinet is an inch and a half too narrow. Nobody makes a microwave to fit the under sized cabinet and the counter tops are already insalled. OMG what a nightmare. Pending lawyers, Beware if you decide to buy cabinets from them. You will be on your own dime when things go wrong.

Their Timbers were less than a dollar more than the big box stores in Bangor and actually looked better. I'm sure the fasteners cost a little more but purchasing at Ware Butler Corinth saved me hours of time and the expense of vehicle fuel. The service was very responsive and courteous. I've been there before to get extra security keys made. They were very accommodating. I certainly will be shopping there in the future because they are only 10 minutes from home which will save me time and money.
