I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. Absolutely the last time I'll ever go here.

I ordered a few jackets with an embroidery of a logo for my business that Matt helped me design as well as the names of individual employees. Their website has a large selection of jackets, sweaters, shirts, and more to choose from with a price for every budget. Once ordered, the jackets were finished by the end of the week and at the exact quoted price, and the owner went the extra mile of delivering them to my work place. The embroidery appears to be good quality, but the customer service was enough to keep me coming back. I highly recommend Ink Inc.!

She operates out of her home and thus, does not have regular business hours making it extremely difficult to drop off/pick up items. Michelle of Shirtgal does not do alterations in a timely manner. I finally got a jacket back from her after 4 months (yes you read that right FOUR months) and the alterations were not even complete. She was supposed to hem the sleeves and take in the shoulders. She returned the jacket, after I'd paid for the full alteration, with only the sleeves hemmed. The first time I spoke to her, she was friendly, but after I let her know that she did not complete the alterations that I had paid for and waited 4 months for her to complete, she stopped responding to my calls/ texts.
