UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.
Only book Vikas, if you are prepare to loss your money in unforeseen circumstance out of your control. Due to the force lockdown in Greater Sydney as aresult of the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to cancelled my booking. I have tried calling Vikas directly multiple times and nobody pick up the phone. The only means of contact was either by email directly or via Booking.com website. The reply I got when trying to request for a refund was "Unfortunately your reservation is non-refundable non-changeable. You may need to speak to your travel insurance company for your loss if you are unable to travel. Kind regards, Vikas Team".
Have also requested Vikas to reconsider their cancellation option and was totally ignore, even Booking.com did not have any luck with them on my behalf. Gave Booking.com a call and they told me that they need to respect Vikas cancellation terms & conditions and that nothing can be done. In times like these, you would expect business to do the right thing as directed by the ACCC in terms of providing a refund, credit note or change of date option.
Vikas did none of those and it upset you further that it is legal what they have done. Customer right is non existence. Fully disgusted with these unethical business that rob you of your hard earn money. read more
