It's been great for all of us. My 8-year-old has really been enjoying the dojo and the classes have not only been great for teaching him self-defense, but he has also learned humility and benefitted from the structure and discipline. His behavior is already noticeably better. As a 40-year-old fat guy I'm not looking to win a world title or get involved in any kind of "Hard Core" battle training, but really enjoying the training with Professor Ricky. It's a great work out with a great group of people. The coaches are very knowledgeable and good at working with you at your level. Everybody is there to support each other to train and get better. It certainly can be very intimidating at first, but after you get a chance to meet everybody you soon realize that nobody is there to flex an ego or try and crush anybody. I recommend this place for the entire family. It's a lovely little community to become a party of.

I'm sorry the worst instruction I have ever seen. Terrible and crappy as you can get. One of the instructors said kicks are made for the body and not to the head. Then he went on saying what works we use and if it doesn't work we don't use it. Then he went on saying you have to spar with a black belt to see if your worth training. What a load of crap. Although I went their undercover,bi have been in martial arts for over forty five years and was a third degree at the time and took there so called black belt instructor to the ground. It's a joke of a school and I would urge you to save your money and go elsewhere. My green belt students were far superior to there so called black belts. They suck and that is being as polite as I can. They can offer you nothing. The worst of the worst. It should say American colleges of crap

I tried other places and never enjoyed training the way I do here. For me personally, returning had more to do with health reasons. I leave class with a great workout and a sense of accomplishment.
