BE visually AWAKENED to the wonderful store; of an amazing fashion selection paired with a high end decor both integrated into a chic boutique! Walk in and be welcomed by the NEW friendly, pleasing, and helpful STAFF!!! A friend and I had been greeted pleasantly and assisted by Nancy and Robin. We loved the boutique so much that we visited the down town shop twice and made it a point to stop at the main store right off 20, across from the gas station and up the hill from Ulysses S. Grant home. We even got to meet the wonderful owner herself; Robin! I enjoy the perfume and candle selection too.

I got so tired of their Bull Shit that I completed work that I paid them to complete. I even called and informed them that I was doing so. No apology, rather I had to drive into their store in Dubuque and ask for an apology. Even then I had to argue with them before I received an apology. By the way, they never offered to give me the money back I paid them for the install of trim and the cost of transition strip and installation of the transition strip. So......If want to get screwed, lied to and taken advantage of go to The Floor Thief's!
