Unfortunately, she had to cancel the appointment due to a family emergency. I was understanding and rescheduled for the following week. Then, Kelly had to cancel again due to her kids being sick, which I also understood, so we rescheduled for a third time. This time, my appointment was set for 2:30 pm. At 2:30, no one showed up. I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. After multiple cancellations and poor communication, I've had enough. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. Terrible experience all around.

I originally wanted a quote for a rescreen of my sliding screen door with pet screen. Little did I know that they would take it upon themselves to rebuild your average sized screen door and charge me $375 claiming that their product was superior to the one that I had and that if that's not what I wanted I would have to pay to have the original door rescreened and a stocking fee for their miscommunication. I basically had to keep their screen door with the promise that they stood by their product. I called them a few months later about their locking mechanism on the door failing and they never got back to me. Fast forward to a few years later. Because their doors are plain and invisible to a dog that can't tell if the door is open or closed my dog bolted out the door. Knocked the door of the track, their failed lock didn't do anything to resist the pressure. I was originally told that their doors were strong enough to resist burglar attempts so I could feel safe sleeping at night with the sliding glass door open. I recently have attempted to contact them about what happened and originally they were going to try and help me remedy the problem but it's been to no avail. Please do not trust these screen hustlers. They come in and do a bait and switch whilst justifying their price gouging for a basic underwhelming screen door with a promise of durability and also standing by their product. They are a sham. You're better off going to the Depot or better yet True Value in cotati for your window and screen door needs.

I have reached out to the company many times in the course of 18 months to try to get a Hunter…read moreDouglas shade repaired. The first time Ernie told me he was too busy. The next time he said I had to bring it to the shop. I explained it is a light color, fabric shade that is 8' long and is in the down position as the crank mechanism is stripped. There is no way to safely transport it. He then went on a rant about how an in-house call is expensive. I said that was fine, I just needed it fixed. Gave him all the info from the original order so he would know exactly the type of part he needed. He said he couldn't schedule anything until he got the part. I waited 4 months and called again. He said he hadn't had a chance to investigate. More calls, more excuses. The shade still isn't fixed and I've given up. Every time I've spoken to him, he has been rude and abrasive. One time he even stated that just because Hunter Douglas recommended him doesn't mean he has to repair my shade! He also stated that he makes his money cleaning blinds, not repairing them. Since the type of shade I have can't be cleaned, it isn't worth his time. I strongly suggest recommend using someone else.

I was going to because other companies told me it would look better since I am changing my honeycomb in living room to faux wood blinds. But Jennifer said it's a different room and should be fine. I love how she's the owner but didn't try to push us to spend more money. I am planning to change those honeycombs to faux wood blinds next year and will definitely use their company again! I knew that I wanted to spend as little as possible and she didn't try to pressure me into buying something more expensive. Surprisingly, our meeting took almost the entire time. After I had decided what I wanted, she came up with the quote on her laptop. She told me how much and emailed me the quote. (Their quote was cheaper than the other quotes I got.) Once I signed the quote and submitted a 75% deposit, they ordered the blinds. They told me that it would take several weeks to get the blinds after being ordered. Once the blinds arrived, they set up an installation appointment. James (installer) arrived within the designated appointment window and went to work. He was very efficient and professional. He even gave me some hints about the use and cleaning of the blinds. I was very happy that I used this company. I would use them again.
