This attendant shortened his life hands down.....be careful where you put your love ones. When I didn't hear back from him I followed up with an additional email and then via phone. His secretary indicated each time that he was unavailable. The support at Euro Home Care in Plainville, CT was inadequate and inferior. Twice we were promised caregivers to begin working with my father. The coordinator came to my father's house with the caregiver for training. The caregiver never showed up at the start date without even a phone call. Neither the caregiver nor the coordinator ever answered my phone calls. I feel the service was poor and unreliable. These characteristics make me feel uncomfortable for anyone asking for care for their loved one. I highly recommend another agency.
