Note: A lot of places across Spain have a minimum requirement of 2 or more for the kitchen to prepare any paella but just like the name, the Miracle wants you to order individually or to share two different varieties of paella. My foodie tastebuds are very satisfied! Near the end, the manager came by to say "Etas Bien?" Indeed it was! For the first course, we were surprised by the ravioli de bacalao, which was not actually ravioli but a salad wrapped in fish tartare. The razor clam dish was delicious as well. The second course consisted of a pork and fish dish, both wonderful. For dessert, hubby ordered the pina colada cake. It tasted great but was overshadowed by the amazing couland de chocolate.
