A Professional Review of JM Mobile Tire Service…read more In the evening, I was driving from Lake Berryessa toward Sage Canyon Road when the rear tire on the left side of my car suddenly blew out after hitting a metal screw. I immediately contacted JM Mobile Tire Service and spoke with Michael. From the moment I called, Michael kept me continuously updated on the driver's estimated arrival time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was waiting. A huge thank you to George for his fast, professional, and careful service. Rather than simply canceling my order, the manager found a comparable, slightly better set of tires at no additional cost and scheduled me for an appointment on Friday. When I arrived, another challenge came up because only three of the four tires had arrived. Once again, instead of making excuses, the team stood behind their word and upgraded me to a set of Toyo Proxes tires at no additional cost. It's rare to find a business that consistently puts the customer first, especially when things don't go according to plan. The entire team handled the situation professionally, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you to everyone at the Stockton Pacific Avenue America's Tire. We did not make an appointment but dropped our car off; the waiting room was almost packed. We ran errands and returned in about half an hour and our "testing" was almost complete. We used a coupon from the All Pro Smog website and paid an amazingly low price for the test and certificate. The shop sends electronic notice of your Temporary certificate to DMV; the temporary certificate is valid for 90 days. They are professional, experienced, efficient, and very easy to work with. We will be returning when our next family vehicle's "Smog Check" is due. They also sell tires, a handsome vast array of wheels, and they do repairs. They also do Mobile Clean Truck Check inspection service: "we come to you! Call: (209) 478-7664." Nice cleaning waiting room with lots of seating and a large TV. I do not work at this business but was happy to read others' reviews today and became a new customer.
