Rather than simply canceling my order, the manager found a comparable, slightly better set of tires at no additional cost and scheduled me for an appointment on Friday. When I arrived, another challenge came up because only three of the four tires had arrived. Once again, instead of making excuses, the team stood behind their word and upgraded me to a set of Toyo Proxes tires at no additional cost. It's rare to find a business that consistently puts the customer first, especially when things don't go according to plan. The entire team handled the situation professionally, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you to everyone at the Stockton Pacific Avenue America's Tire.
