Their Accounting CS and Practice CS is painfully slow for 10 users on Hardware & MS SQL Server that would be fast for 100 users in B2W or IQ or Dynamics. When I look for help for a customer that is struggling, they tell me I clearly know what I'm doing so figure it out. On a scale of 1-10, B2W gets 11 and TR gets -1. Even Lacerte after being destroyed by Intuit is better than these dirtbags.
