I use Pilates as a sort of physical therapy as I am recovering from a back injury from heavy weight lifting. I feel strengthened, stretched and realigned after Misha's Pilates classes. Recently we did some spinal decompression and my back has never felt better! Misha's enthusiasm is contagious and her knowledge is abundant. I called ahead to make sure I was following the correct protocol for new students and was told I could sign up for any class. So I booked a 6:00 am session, woke up early, and arrived on time, only to find out I had been removed from the schedule without any notice. No email, no text, no call. When I asked the instructor what happened, there was no apology, no effort to help, and no offer to make things right. I was just... dismissed. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for that class, or for another one I had signed up for. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely excited to try this studio. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left me feeling ignored and disrespected. I hope they treat future new clients with more care and professionalism.

Couldn't pay…read moreonline and emailed the studio so they made reservations and said we could pay in the morning which was appreciative. They provided mats, pillows, blankets and blocks for a drop in class which was wonderful. The class started with some sound bowl and then the teacher offered didn't positions for each exercise based on your physical needs.
