I am a veteran…read morecase manager that deals with suicide prevention and homelessness for other veterans with severe mental health issues. I did not believe I would be able to have her documents for housing notarized today. If not, she was at risk for foreclosure and being without a home and takes care of her mother with dementia and her son with autism. Raquel reached out to me and informed me she could head that way within that moment. She immediately sent the invoice for payment after explaining the fees and forms of payment. Her professionalism, promptness, and pricing blew me away! She was amazing in helping me and my veteran GET THE JOB DONE today and this is SO RARE nowadays! If I could give her 20 stars I would because my veteran can BREATHE easier and described Raquel as being a "lovely woman" that made her feel super comfortable.     Mismanagement and Lack of Communication! Partners Realty/…read more79C I haven't been consistently living in my apartment for over two months, which I notified management of in January. Despite that, I was never informed of critical updates regarding rent payments. The old management company left a letter on my door saying rent should not be paid to them, but since I don't live there full-time, I never saw it--what happened to sending messages through the portal or EMAIL? The previous management ended their relationship with the complex on February 28th (very recent), and now I can't even get a direct contact for the new management. I called the old management company, I'm told that new management should have reached out--well, they haven't. I was also told to GOOGLE who owns the company!!! Like what the hell?? No one can give me a phone number, and I'm getting the runaround about my rent payment refund because apparently, I have to speak to Chase Stewart (or whatever his name is), but he's never in the office! I have also expressed my interest in ending my lease, and if the new management sees this, consider this my notice that I no longer want to live here! The lack of communication, accountability, and overall management failure has made this an incredibly stressful experience. If you're considering living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

What I may have taken as a racial slight was clarified and whole heartedly apologized for and I am very appreciative of this from Partners Realty.     If there was a negative or zero rating possible, this company would get that. There is no sense of…read moreaccountability or communication with these people. I had a case of a non-compliant tenant, who did not pay rent for months yet they did not do their job of evicting the renter. Calls would go unanswered or not followed up. The accounting is flawed and unbalanced and there is no general courtesy with the principal of the company. Most definitely a company people should stay away from.

    I rented from PMI River Region for four years. While I have a lot of great memories from the little…read morehistoric duplex I rented on North Lewis Street in the Capitol Heights neighborhood of Montgomery, I also have a great deal of frustration and disappointment toward PMI River Region for not keeping good faith as landlords. For one example among many: one afternoon in 2020, my kitchen cabinets suddenly fell clean off the wall because (unbeknownst to me) they hadn't been installed properly. Every single dish I owned was broken, including some really special ones that had been gifted to me by family members. PMI River Region repeatedly promised to refund me for getting new dishes. They never did. At one point, PMI River Region increased my monthly rent mid-lease. When I asked them what the increase was for, they told me that it covered a new rental insurance policy they had taken out to protect my interests. When I asked to see the insurance policy that I was being made to pay for, they could not produce it. Every month I was made to pay for a policy that I had not elected to take out, and which I was never allowed to see. When moving out, I spent $200 of my own money to have a professional cleaning company come to do a move-out cleaning service. Yet PMI River Region deducted hundreds of dollars from my security deposit for "cleaning" after I moved out. I was very surprised by this. When I asked for specifics about the deduction and what hadn't been clean, they were vague and evasive, refusing to specify why they had taken money from my security deposit. After continued inquiries, they informed me that they had taken hundreds of dollars from my deposit for finding dust on the baseboards and crumbs in the oven. I lived in the apartment for four years, and I paid my rent in full, on time, every month -- more than $30,000 over the course of my time with PMI River Region. I would not recommend them. The front office staff is wonderful, and the apartment was cute, so I stayed longer than I should have... but the actual company demonstrated to me that they will nickel and dime good tenants. Sadly, I cannot recommend them.
