Severely pressed for time we got agent, Kim Lambert. We were able to rent a home at an inflated price. Kim was unavailable for anything. This home had many things that needed to be fixed or repaired but having her service the home with its many needs was a daunting task. She never returned phone calls, She never returned texts, I left messages at the office. Code to the front door was wrong among many things. When we first had contact, she was snarky, All in all she was the laziest agent I've ever encountered. Horrible experience, agent and broker. I have made several attempts to obtain information about certain listed properties, to no response. The one time I did receive a response from Tammitha Prince via email and a subsequent phone call (initiated by me to ask a question about a property), I received an attitude. "fill out the application and pay the $50 fee and you can see the property." If I was an owner of a property they manage, I would yank it from this company. If I was a renter, I would definitely NOT rent from them.

After meeting with Frank and Sandra, we knew we would be in good hands for purchasing our first home in Montgomery. Frank was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about home sales throughout Montgomery, especially the Cloverdale area. We were advised from beginning to end, and enjoyed his humor throughout what is usually a stressful process. Their team is well managed; even having a closing advisor at hand for any last minute questions. After the closing, Sandra followed through to ensure we were happy with our new home. She was able to resolve a few problems right away with our maintenance insurance plan that I was unable to do on my own. Having a real estate professional like her and Frank is much appreciated and coming from property management myself, I know it is hard to come by! I highly recommend speaking to them if you are in the market for buying or listing a home! You will not be disappointed!

However I've had to get the Air Conditioner fixed multiple times, which I can understand as normal for the south. The response from Bo Evans tonight is what deserves one star. I came home around 6:30pm to a house that was 90deg. The high today was only 75 so clearly something was wrong. I immediately reported it. After talking to multiple people at Bo Evans, the final response I received was "we'll call the company but it'll probably be morning before they can come. Just turn on the fans." That amount of unprofessionalism it takes to make that statement is embarrassing for the company and owners who trust them to take care of their property. Luckily, May's Heating and Air actually cares and drove straight over to fix the problem. I will most likely be looking to move after my lease is up. There's no reason any property management company should be this incompetent.

Mismanagement and Lack of Communication! Partners Realty/…read more79C I haven't been consistently living in my apartment for over two months, which I notified management of in January. Despite that, I was never informed of critical updates regarding rent payments. The old management company left a letter on my door saying rent should not be paid to them, but since I don't live there full-time, I never saw it--what happened to sending messages through the portal or EMAIL? The previous management ended their relationship with the complex on February 28th (very recent), and now I can't even get a direct contact for the new management. I called the old management company, I'm told that new management should have reached out--well, they haven't. I was also told to GOOGLE who owns the company!!! Like what the hell?? No one can give me a phone number, and I'm getting the runaround about my rent payment refund because apparently, I have to speak to Chase Stewart (or whatever his name is), but he's never in the office! I have also expressed my interest in ending my lease, and if the new management sees this, consider this my notice that I no longer want to live here! The lack of communication, accountability, and overall management failure has made this an incredibly stressful experience. If you're considering living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

A company whose leadership has enough pride in their organization to get to the bottom of a customer's concern and takes the time to contact the customer directly, shows me that you listen and you care. Organizations that take the time to show this kind concern and caring are of paucity in 2023. Again, I thank you for the follow up, apology and reassurance.

To be honest in the past our dealings with realtors has not been pleasant causing skepticism, anxiety and reluctance. Thankfully we found Robin, her experience helping us find our home was not only professional, gratifying and informative but enjoyable. Robin and David truly listened to our criteria but they also learned about us by our reactions with each house we visited. Robin remembers our comments everything from important necessities to the littlest things we mentioned. She gets to know her clients so she can best help them with their needs and much more. We sold our house and were staying in hotels so we wanted to find a home as quickly as possible. Robin answered our calls and txt without delay and arranged showings quickly. We felt she was available for us at anytime. She did not use our pressing need to find a home to try to convince or pressure us into anything she knew we would not want. Her ability to pick up on clients' cues, personalities and needs are exceptional. Robin's knowledge and professionalism was a tremendous asset when we were ready to put in offers. Her guidance helped keep the inevitable nervousness of such a big decision to a minimum. The recommendations for items to be included in the contract she provided were invaluable. She answered our many questions and diligently obtained information and answers from the seller. Robin graciously stayed with us throughout the entire buying process and beyond. To say we are grateful would be an understatement for everything Robin and David did for us. Hopeful we won't need Robin's terrific services anytime soon, but we will recommend her to anyone thinking about buying, selling or renting property. Her outstanding services are sure to help anyone needing a professional real estate agent. Thank you Robin so very much! We are truly grateful not only for your hard work helping us find our home but for all the time we spent together. Hope you and David will stop by when in our neighborhood.

From the start, I dealt with tenants screaming in the hallways at all hours, but I ignored it, thinking it was just part of the bargain. Then, two months in, my bathroom ceiling collapsed during a rainstorm, flooding the entire area. The maintenance worker admitted it was a big issue, but instead of handling it properly, management refused to let me out of my lease and insisted on a quick patch job. Unsurprisingly, the ceiling collapsed again just weeks later. When my four-month lease finally ended, I went above and beyond to leave the place spotless--even leaving behind a brand-new mattress for them. During the walkthrough, I was told everything was in perfect condition. Then, over a month later, I got an email deducting a $250 "standard cleaning fee" from my deposit. When I called to dispute it, I was met with the same robotic response: "It's standard." Apparently, it doesn't matter what condition you leave the unit in--Vida will find a way to take your money. This place is a scam. Once they have your rent, they don't care about anything else.
