I have made several attempts to obtain information about certain listed properties, to no response. The one time I did receive a response from Tammitha Prince via email and a subsequent phone call (initiated by me to ask a question about a property), I received an attitude. "fill out the application and pay the $50 fee and you can see the property." If I was an owner of a property they manage, I would yank it from this company. If I was a renter, I would definitely NOT rent from them.

To be honest in the past our dealings with realtors has not been pleasant causing skepticism, anxiety and reluctance. Thankfully we found Robin, her experience helping us find our home was not only professional, gratifying and informative but enjoyable. Robin and David truly listened to our criteria but they also learned about us by our reactions with each house we visited. Robin remembers our comments everything from important necessities to the littlest things we mentioned. She gets to know her clients so she can best help them with their needs and much more. We sold our house and were staying in hotels so we wanted to find a home as quickly as possible. Robin answered our calls and txt without delay and arranged showings quickly. We felt she was available for us at anytime. She did not use our pressing need to find a home to try to convince or pressure us into anything she knew we would not want. Her ability to pick up on clients' cues, personalities and needs are exceptional. Robin's knowledge and professionalism was a tremendous asset when we were ready to put in offers. Her guidance helped keep the inevitable nervousness of such a big decision to a minimum. The recommendations for items to be included in the contract she provided were invaluable. She answered our many questions and diligently obtained information and answers from the seller. Robin graciously stayed with us throughout the entire buying process and beyond. To say we are grateful would be an understatement for everything Robin and David did for us. Hopeful we won't need Robin's terrific services anytime soon, but we will recommend her to anyone thinking about buying, selling or renting property. On one occasion, a painting contractor mistakenly asked me if he should double the invoice amount not realizing I was the tenant and not the property manager. They receive a kick-back from the contractors that come in and do the repairs when you move out. Therefore, they jack the prices up, and leave the tenant with the bill. These people charged me $1300 to change a few lightbulbs and touch up some wall paint (from normal wear and tear). They charged us $50 to roll the trash can down to the curb. We left the home in far better condition than when found it. I even sent the property manager photos of the walls (time stamped) from when we moved in. She (Cindy) said sorry, I have no choice but to charge you for them anyway. Terrible, terrible people. I plan on sharing this review on every single military housing website. I also plan on informing the military housing office on base so that ALL incoming military families will know to avoid this group of corrupt and greedy scam artists.
