The prices are good and you can bring your receipt back within 7 days to get your car washed with the basic wash. They did a great job vacuuming and wiping down the interior as well. It's hard to find a place that is reasonably priced and does a great job with your car. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back.

Once I got my bearings, I paid for an upgraded service which included inside dash, door and console wipe down. For the most part, I was pleased. They missed some spots on the inside of the door and the inside window. The spray they used to shine the tires over sprayed onto the car and it was after the guys had finished drying the outside. Since they didn't go over it again that spray left a spotty film on the exterior in a few places. I had to get a wet cloth to wipe it off when I got home and spotted it. I left a really nice tip so next time I will check it more thoroughly BEFORE I leave such a generous tip. I will be back but I may not pay so much for all of that extra service.

The vacuum area was trashy and I saw several screws on the ground. I hope i don't find in my tire later. Some hoses were missing the nozzles. No English spoken here. It didn't look like they vacuumed the hatch area at all. I had to have them redo the windows, wipe down the intererior, etc. Isn't that all included in the SUPREME wash. The interior should be free of any dust, lint, etc. Windows should be clean, there should be no water marks on the outside of the vehicle. Keep in mind this is an SUV with less that 4K miles and primarly used by one person, not a hard job! I get that it the employees get in robot mode, one car after the other, repeated functions, but you won't have a job to come to if customers stop coming. There are numerous drive through car washes all over town and I can do a much better vacuuming and wiping down the inside than they did.

I don't know what has happened to the great car wash at Wash Masters in Arlington, Texas, this…read moremorning. I got there at 10:08 AM. I wanted to make sure it was vacuumed and that the tires were Armor-All'd. I was outside for 12 minutes watching three employees work on one car (a small SUV) for almost 40 minutes. I decided to dry my own car. One of the workers (Oscar) was very, very helpful. He saw me wiping the car off and vacuuming it. He came over to do the tires for me and vacuumed out my tires. None of the young ladies (who could not speak English) ever came to apologize for it taking so long for them to get to my car. I assumed there was no Manager present because I talked to ISAN, who was in the lane I came through. I told him that I was going to write a review about the service. I don't know what has happened to all the guys who used to work there on your cars, but the young ladies are struggling. I saw that I was not the only customer enquiring about the service. This has been a great place, but they need more or better helpers. Eleanor Miller
