The aide called out on the second day on the job, and Home Instead could not find a replacement. We were notified 50 mins after the aide was supposed to arrive at the house. Another aide did not ensure my elderly relative eat any meals the entire day, and as a result, my relative needed emergent medical care. Do your research!

My physical therapist that came to my house, Keesha Vassel- Ford, what's phenomenal! It was very frustrating not being able to do everyday tasks and she helped me get through it. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years.
