This is after a confirmation of schedule conflict and then confirming that 3:30 was a good time. Then nope it was our case was closed and I was belligerent for being so angry having rescheduling my entire day based on their confirmation that it was a go. Now we are told to just get another provider which I think sounds best based on prior reviews and lack of respect we are shown. Don't do any business with this company as they assume you're the problem and they claimed they are scars of us. Wow we are way more scared of the lack of service they didn't provide. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time.

NONE of these falls did she receive a call. EVERY fall, I called and they had a different excuse. Device wasn't updated (why didn't you update her device when it was due?), we will send you new device (they did) service was bad (we changed from ATT to Verizon, when she fell again they wanted to change it back to ATT), she wasn't wearing it on the OUTSIDE of her clothes (nobody mentioned that). When they asked me to check the device and drop it on the floor, I had to actually spin in around and toss it for them to see there was a "fall". Today I didn't wait for an excuse, I just cancelled. Piss Poor Service!! Terrible when I am trusting them to call me when my 90 YEAR OLD mother falls. DONE Terrible. DO NOT RELY on them if you have a loved one, (or yourself) that is prone to falling.
