These guys are awesome! I got some work done on my 2018 4Runner and it was on short notice. They…read morefit me in, did a great job at a very fair price! I would recommend them to do any work on any vehicle you own.

These guys are a joke! They took advantage of me and my disability. Where do I begin? Well, I…read morebrought my 96 for in to these guys on a personal recommendation. They charged me well over $8,000 for doing a solid axle swap(Not done properly), change the rear leafs with airbags (not done properly). First time I left the shop they didn't feel the need to put the trac bar in, once installed, it was NO WHERE CLOSE to the angel of my drag link. They were supposed to do a drop pitman arm, which they didn't do. They half assed my truck to say the LEAST. The spring rate for my front springs wasn't even close. I reached out to Dewayne for help, he could care less about any of the issues we were having. We had to have him come get the truck, take it back to the shop. Once there, they drained the batteries and charged me for a new starter (which I didnt need it was just the solenoid which my brother and I (I'm disabled from a work related injury) had to change in their parking lot. They are parts changers AT BEST. I am having to fix the airbags on my truck with the help of a friend because on page 6 of the install manual it clearly states that "the airlift airbags will be damaged if mounted more than 5-8". They were mounted at 11"!!!! So my truck rode like absolute CRAP. Do you think they cared? Nope they would do nothing to rectify the situation at all. Dewayne nickel and dimmed me the entire process and when it came time to pay, he was always willing to accept money for tasks that they didn't even complete. The entire experience was nothing but trouble. I also paid them to rebuild my front axle (Dana 60 out of a 95 F350). I took it to another shop because it still didn't ride right. There was a ton of bump steer in it and the front rode like a sea saw. The new shop I took it to had to refigure the entire geometry of the front end because they didn't install the reverse shackle kit (also purchased through Sky Manufacturing). They had to change the ball joints (upper and lower) they had to change the entire drag link (which I also paid scumbag Dewayne to do). The brakes also needed changed which I paid him for also. Overall it was a personal reference from my brother (which was a friend of Dewayne). I would NEVER take another vehicle here even to check air pressure. They don't care, they don't read directions and they don't care about how their work is. AND I always took hand fulls of cash for him. Never once would they try and rectify the situation. I bought all quality moog parts and had EVERYTHING needed for the axle swap. These fools are parts changers, maybe. I would never take ANYTHING here again. So beware, if you are bringing your vehicle here, you are probably going to get a sub par job for a premium price.

Vizion AutoSports - Vizion AutoSports - Bubbles in the roof tint, gaps in the edges, and loose tint hanging down.

March 6th, 2023, Geivy sat in my car, discussed all the windows to be tinted (including the…read moresunroof) and what levels, and quoted me $225 for the entire job. I later learned he had made a deal with Corey at Orr (where I purchased the vehicle) to complete the tint job for $150. When I dropped off the car at Vizion at 9:00 a.m. on March 10th for the appointment, I discussed the price discrepancy with Daniel (an employee), who swore the shop would honor $180 for the entire job and that it should be completed by 3:00/3:30 that day. When I arrived at 3:00 p.m. that day to pick up my car, it still wasn't ready. I had to wait until 5:00 p.m. and missed an out-of-town appointment. Then, another employee at the counter asked me to pay out. He charged me a whopping $376. I was floored. At no time by any employee was this price quoted to me. It was the perfect "bait and switch." I was put on the spot and forced to pay the lowered extortion fee of $349 because they also charged me 4% to pay with a bank card, which was never mentioned to me at any time. I argued with Geivy about the bait and switch and how he never alluded to a total of $376. He just kept talking in a circle about all he had to do and how "hard" it was. I had already missed my 5:00 appointment. I was so upset I was shaking and eventually had to shut down and leave. I got in my car and drove straight home. When I got home, I noticed several places around the roof tint where daylight was shining through. Then, I saw the loose tint hanging down and bubbles on the side. I can't even begin to explain how ripped off, cheated, angry, and helpless I felt at that moment. Saturday, I was too pissed off to even talk about it. This crazy mess had cost me much more than just the price difference. I lost money from missing work, missing an appointment, and the time wasted dealing with this insanity. Not to mention how disrespected I felt as a single woman. Sunday, I took the car to Orr to show the salespeople and service staff what had happened. After all, I would never have taken it to Vizion if Orr had not referred me to Geivy and told me he was the best in town. They needed to see the shoddy work and know about the gross bait and switch. Many weren't there, so I returned on Monday. The employees at Orr promised to make this right. They balked at what Geivy charged me and the botched roof tint and agreed that I was due a prompt refund. That was March 13th. By March 30th, I had contacted the staff at Orr about the situation with Vizion AutoSports. Every time, Orr promised to take care of me and make it right. Then, Corey notified me that he had just gotten off the phone with Geivy and assured me that a refund check was mailed to me on the 27th. Today is April 2nd--still no refund check. So much for a prompt refund or any refund at all at this point. I doubt I will ever receive a refund or compensation for this colossal mess.
