First, I want to acknowledge that the installation itself went very well. The team arrived on time…read moreand completed the full system install the very next day, which I appreciated. The issue began when one of the installers accidentally stepped through my ceiling. The sales representative assured me that the damage would be fully covered by insurance. While someone did come out to patch the ceiling, the repair was extremely poor. The area wasn't smoothed or textured properly, and no effort was made to paint or blend the patch. It looked unfinished and noticeably out of place. After several rounds of communication, I was told a technician would arrive on Saturday at 10:00 AM. I rearranged my day to accommodate this, but no one showed. The time then shifted to 2:00 PM, then 4:00 PM, and ultimately someone arrived at 5:00 PM--right as we were heading out for plans. He came with only a can of spray paint, which had no chance of matching the ultra‑flat white ceiling paint that can be purchased at any Home Depot or Lowe's. At this point, I have given up and will pay to have the ceiling repaired correctly and professionally. My expirience has been soured by the lack of follow up and poor workmanship.

I had my AC and Heater System completely replaced and let me tell you, these people are some real…read moretough workers! Besides taking a well-deserved break for lunge, they worked non-stop from 8AM when they arrived to 5PM when the job was finished. Mr. Parra the HVAC Specialist was very kind and understanding, helped me really understand everything that needed to be done. He answered all questions clearly to someone who knows very little about any of this. They even allowed up to 60 months with no interest payment plan, very good value!!! The quality of their work is very clean, they placed carpets on the floors and dismantled everything old it left 0 trace of it ever being there. Every few hours, Mr. Parra would come back to check up on everything make sure the systems were working good and running.

My clients house was vacant and for sale when it had a huge internal foundation repair that destroyed the existing floors. He hauled away the old floor and mess the foundation company left and even took away construction debris left behind by other contractors as a courtesy, so my client wouldn't have to hire someone to do that. He was great to work with!
