It had to have been purposely done, although im not sure why, because i was very nice and polite when dropping off my laundry. I have washed my own clothes before and the same blouses did not get damaged. When I contacted the business, the employee asked a series of questions. I was asked about the damage of the clothes, what date I dropped my clothes off to them, and to bring a copy of the tag stapled to the bag of completed laundry, along with the damaged clothes. I was asked to return to the business to show the damaged clothing. When I arrived and showed them the clothing, the staff became very unpleasant and rude. I was shocked as to how I could pay for a service, my clothes are damaged in the process, and the employees take absolutely no responsibility for what happened. Even though they had proof in their own records of the day I dropped the clothes off and I was able to show a tag that was placed on the bags of completed clothes, they still denied it was their fault. Not only were they very rude to me and denied responsibility, they did not even offer a store credit, a refund of the amount I paid for the service, or at the very least an apology. The employees at this laundry mat are very unprofessional when resolving issues to say the least! Drop your clothes off here at your own risk! I would not recommend coming to this laundry mat or paying for the wash and fold service if you value your belongings. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this situation

I took the pants back to them to see the chemical quarter size burn on the side of the pants. I asked to speak with the owner - he called me the next day but accused me of damaging my pants. He said his notes in his file that his employee made - said there was damaged when they were received. When I told him no way because these are pants worn to the office snd are not used to clean house. When I asked why wasn't I called if they saw the damage especially since it was so profound and a chemical burn- he said it was not his policy - he was rude, and accusatory. He then said dry clean items are washed! I told him I did not want my clothing washed ! I bring them to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the 2nd time their customer service has been unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The 1st time was when I asked the manager about a new employee's overcharging for 4 items. She was arrogant, and rude. I thought she just had a bad day. I've done business with this cleaners for more 6 years but no more. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and their customer service and care is arrogant. I've spent a lot of money at this business on a monthly basis - but no more - if they paid for the pants -it would have been 1/12 of what I send with them annually. You've been warned. Beware !

No regrets. The setup's better than expected: couches and stools in the waiting area, WiFi that actually works, and vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks if you're in it for the long haul. Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. The person on duty didn't know but said she'd ask the owner. Until then? Happy to have my own microplastic plan in place. Overall? Splish Splash Laundromat is clean, convenient, and worth the spin.

My clothes are always clean, snell great, and the price is fabulous! The family is very kind and welcoming. You truly feel their hospitality upon arrival. You know that you know the work is done honestly! One circumstance occurred when my storage unit was flooded and all of my winter clothes were moldy and smelled horrible!
