It's located in a shopping strip behind the Waffle House and the ever popular El Don Mexican restaurant is a couple of doors down from the place. There are ample of parking and even though there are no parking spots directly in front of the store; still it's not a far walk...I say about 3-4 yards at the most. (This is important if you have lots of stuff to wash and have to haul your stuff back and forth.) You can however park right in front of the store-unload your stuff on the side walk and then go and park. This is what a lot of people do here. The store is unattended and open 24 hours with surveillance cameras all around the store. The store is cash only. They have a couple of quarter machines at the front. I was there about 11 AM and there shopping center was pretty busy. Lots of people around and no bums hanging out begging for change or smoking cigarettes.The area is pretty safe during the day time. But still I would definitely exercise common sense.... (There is a Food Depot Grocery store across the street and the store manager says people come in all the time asking for quarters and getting change to do laundry. I was able to buy detergent there and got cash back with my debt card with no problem.) When I was there the lovely owner Derrick was there sprucing the place up and doing some minor repair work. The place was very clean with no visible trash on the floor and the top of the machine where people pour their soap was clean too. I used 2 of their four loaders and 2 double loaders for this trip. The vending prices are of the following: $2.50 for double loaders. $.50 extra for the super wash $4.50 for 4 loaders. $4.75 for super wash. 7min. per quarter for dry. I was able to wash all the bedding, blankets and a two weeks worth of dark clothes in under 2 hours. The dryers were nice and hot. My stuff got dry in no time. Best part...I still had about $11 left out of $25.00 so off to the taco truck I go....reward time! Be back in a week or so to wash more bedding! Thanks Derrick and team! Lol the old vending machines and people packed in & hardly any seating. Tumble & Dry is beautiful plenty of different sized washers and dryers & very reasonably priced for their sizes! The staff is outstanding and ready to help whenever you need it! (Which I did, cause I've never been to one where you can use your debit cards!) very up to date! You can utilize an app to pay for your services and the app also shows you how much time left on your machine & sends notifications when your load is almost ready! Very large space so you're not on top of other patrons and they even have a small lounge area with chairs and a couch to comfortably wait for your loads to finish. I will definitely be back in the future & definitely recommend this location! They also have in house laundry services, drop off & pick up as well as delivery! Again, very VERY reasonably priced!!

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing, and it ultimately impacted my decision not to return. When I asked the woman at the front desk about the cost of dry cleaning, her response came across as dismissive and carried an unnecessary tone. When I politely asked if there was an issue, she stated that she was focused on her work, which I found confusing given that I was simply asking a question as a customer. Throughout my visit, her behavior felt uncomfortable. She remained close by the entire time in a way that felt unnecessary, and at one point, she brought over a sign reminding customers to remove items from their pockets. While I understand the importance of that policy, the way it was handled felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, pricing information is not clearly displayed, which made it difficult to understand service costs without having to ask. Overall, while the facility itself is excellent, the unfriendly and somewhat hostile customer service experience was enough to discourage me from returning.

Random location, and you should bring a form of self defense if doing loads in the evening. Out of all their machines, literally three washers worked. The rest were clogged with detergent, not taking coins, or washed so badly that loads had to be re-done. The refund process is by note and mail. Half the dryers had no heat, and those that did, ate quarters. The change machine worked, but I spent twice what I normally spend because of the smelly washers, non working machines, machines that ate my coins, and spending longer to use more dry time. If I get my refund, I'll bump the rating by one star for their honesty.

To pay for the machines that you're using, there are a couple of Payment Center computers as you walk in. You buy a payment card that you just place onto the machine you are using. The woman who works here is so kind. Don't judge me; I like finding cool places. When I find cool places I recommend them to others in case they're apprehensive. We separated the laundry into the proper baskets and agreed upon a pick up time. Laundry was ready when I showed up it was done as requested and in fact they had done more than I anticipated and press several articles of clothing that I have not asked to be priced and didn't charge me for it because they felt it needed to be done. The ticket was somewhere around $60 and by my estimation it would have cost me at least $20 in coins to launder and dry the clothes plus hours sitting in a laundromat and I would still have had to iron a dozen pieces of clothing and have a 10 or $15 bill for Dry cleaning. And at the end Horseman the book nearly as well as they did with a professional doing the work. I don't live in the area but if I did they'd be my go to the dry cleaners and launderer.
