I kept that vehicle for 5 more years and that quality work amazingly held up. Well, I'm back in 2021 with another vehicle! This time, the work includes autobahn ceramic tinting on the front side windows, a sunstripe for the top of the windshield, and LLumar platinum paint protection film for the hood as well as the front fenders/bumper, headlights & fog lamps. Tracy initially provided me pricing and I spoke to Jacob a few days later to confirm the work request and lock in the appointment. Friendly customer service. Yes, I had to leave my vehicle for 4 hours but the outcome looks fantastic. Thanks to owner Sean for 36 years of tint experience. Here's to another 5+ years for this auto protection investment!

The guys work fast AND they do an amazing job: rare combination. I haven't cleaned my SUV all winter. They got the dust, salt, leaves, and other debris out in about 80-90 minutes. If you leave valuables in your car, don't worry, everything will be there when you get back. I had $500 glasses and some coins lying around - they gave it all back to me in a bag, to the last nickel (I counted!). I've also used their mobile wash option. The quality is just as good, but can be difficult to book them. I've been using them exclusively for about 4 years now and have no regrets.

The man who answered the phone was almost the mirror opposite of the girl who answered in Vaughan. Literally the most genial person I have spoken with over the phone since I can remember. He booked the appointment for me within a weeks time with no hassle or attitude. And even asked me at the end of our conversation whether I had any questions for him and that he wanted to address any concerns I had. I was a little taken back. What a sincere approach to customer service! I felt he really broke the mold and quite honestly made me insta-loyal to them although I've never used the service before. When I went to the appointment the office was mostly empty, but not a minute later, a nice neat line began piling up behind me, like a stack of dominoes; I guess quality and congeniality breed loyalty. The lady told me it would take an hour and they were pretty accurate with that estimate as they called me almost right after an hour. The lady was courteous and professional as she handed me back my keys with a smile. If the rust proofing is as good as it's genuine service, I will definitely return come future winters.
