Excellent workmanship. Shows up on time, he does not stop until he is all done with his work. He is very careful with keeping the floors clean as he goes around the house cleaning the windows. He has been cleaning our house windows and our vacation home in Big Bear for several years. He is also very personable and reasonably priced read more

I highly recommend this company. Our windows are gleaming! Great care was taken and attention to detail was as well. Jeff was our technician and it was a pleasure to have him working in our home. Scheduling an appointment that worked on our schedule was very easy and the cost is affordable. I wish I would have called them sooner, life is too short to look out of dirty windows. Highly recommended! read more

Unfortunately I've relocated to a town too far from this business. I've been using Franks service for years. Never once disappointed. He's on time always and does his job. My windows sparkle. Thank you Frank for your years of awesome service. I'd leave a picture but he cleans the windows so well it's as if there is no window at all. read more

I let a problem go too long by allowing pigeons to roost under my solar panels. Throughout the day and into the evenings, swarms of pigeons would fly on top of my roof. Then I saw them crawl under my solar panels at night and roost. I contacted several cleaning companies, but the rates for cleaning were very high. Frank reached out via email and gave an immediate quote, that was lower than he rest, which can be good and bad. Luckily, Frank had great reviews on Yelp and that helped me move forward on getting Frank to start working on getting materials and scheduling the job. A week later Frank and Joaquin showed up at the house ready to go. I quickly asked Frank if he could install bird spikes along the chimney and vents that I had purchased , which he agreed to install without hesitation. Frank and Joaquin worked an entire 8 hours cleaning and installing critter guard and spikes on my roof and around my solar panels. They did a fantastic job and I was absolutely grateful for the work. I was able to easily Venmo the payment to Franks account and all was well. Frank handed me some cards, because the pigeons were going to need to find a new home. Unfortunately, they found my neighbor's house and I handed them Frank's card. The great thing is that the pigeons are literally gone from my roof, but bad is they are not gone from the area. I would highly recommend Victorious Panes and Window Washing for solar panel cleaning and critter guard installation. The price of service was more than reasonable, which is what local business is all about. I will continue to use this service in the future and support this much needed local business. read more

I have had Frank/Victorious Panes out several time now to clean our windows and I've always been very happy with his work. Not only do they do a very thorough job of cleaning the screens, windows and all the tracks but if you need screen repair they do that as well. I have had them repair multiple screens the price is very reasonable and Frank is a really nice guy too. I will keep him as long as he's around. First time I had windows cleaned was a different company, did a good job but price was way higher. I think Victorious Panes is very good and reasonably priced. read more

Frank was referred to me when I was selling one of our rental homes. I was very impressed with what a great job he did. At that time, I told him that although I would recommend him to my wife, she is very particular about her windows and prefers to do it herself. I told him it would be doubtful if she would have him do our personal home's windows. When we needed a professional to clean all our windows and replace all our screens for a large family party we were hosting, I recommended Frank to my wife. To my surprise she hired him. Frank does a very comprehensive window cleaning. We also had him replace all our screens, which he also did an wonderful job. It was a joy watching someone do such a professional job and also be very personable. He is the best at what he does. And my wife is very pleased. Well done Frank. read more

I was impressed with their service. Frank showed up on time with 2 helpers. They spent a lot of time carefully cleaning the windows inside and out, cleaning the screens, cleaning the window jambs, cleaning the window tracks, and cleaning the window sills. They were focused on detail. There was not a streak or spot on the windows when they were finished. The screens were as clean as new. The quality was impressive. They even provided a warranty on their work, whereas I could call them back if I were to discover an area that was not as clean as I expected. I will definitely being using these guys on a regular basis. I encourage you to try their services. You will not be disappointed. read more
