I was on a Christmas shopping trip with a friend and stopped into your store to look for gifts for several people on my list.
We walked in and spent over 20 mins walking around the store, without a single employee acknowledging us. There were only 2 or 3 other customers in the store at the time, and noticed 5 separate employees, chatting with each other, walking right us several times, and spraying themselves with perfumes at the cosmetics stands.
They had no interest in speaking to us, or other people who they also walked right by.
After having covered the entire floor of the store twice, when we finally decided to leave,as I was standing close to a display table talking to my friend, one of the employees, wearing a black blazer, not sure if she was supervisor, had an armful of stock, and instead of saying " excuse me as she pushed by me, she just tried to walk in the 6 inches between myself and the table. After I had to jump out of her way, she looked back and quickly said- " sorry".
As we were discussing how appalling the lack of service was, ONE employee asked us if we needed help. One young, very nice girl, out of 6 or more employees on the floor at the time. I mentioned the fact that an employee, who I pointed out to the girl had pushed me out of he way, she was shocked. The employee in question, when seeing that we were discussing her behavior, came up to me and said" Could I have some feedback on your visit here today?"
I said that I was not impressed how she was rude to us, and she flat out denied walking by us at all. At this point my friend was beyond words.
I had to walk out of the store at this point, as it was clear that Customer Service is not a priority at your store.
I have managed several Retail stores in the past, and was quite disappointed by this location. read more
