For my main, I went with the Chorizo Huevos Ranchero ("House Chorizo | Smashed Avocado | Sunny-Side Eggs | Smoky Black Bean Ranchero | Corn Tortillas"). I've always been a huge huevos rancheros fan and this dish certainly lived up to my expectations. All the components work really well together, and I could tell that it had been assembled with care. There's nothing more annoying than a dish that's clearly been thrown together and phoned in. (I suppose if I had to make an extremely small critical suggestion, the dish could've used some kind of acid to cut through the uniformly heavy components.
