On weekdays, six busses per hour pass the building, going north to the Keizer Transit Center and Meadowpark neighborhood. It is a security building that also houses Wright Security, who also patrol the grounds. Mariel is the building manager and she works very hard to keep things moving! Everything is well maintained. Each unit has a balcony, which some decorate with flowers and hummingbird feeders. There's a bike shop across the street and nearby restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Also, a very good church is only a block or two away, Salem Allianxe. Live here! You'll love it!

David installed all new drywall, batting insulation in the walls, textured/painted everything, and installed 5 new LEDs in the ceiling.
