Trying to chalk it up as being a "one off"seeing as many people seem to have had great experiences. I walked in and loved the aesthetic. I liked how small and cozy it was. I just moved from Katy, right outside of Houston, and the salons are quite large and overwhelming. I had some questions regarding pricing for a particular set I was wanting done and the young lady wasn't sure so she told me to wait for someone else to come in shortly. This is not a big deal, I wasn't in a rush and I'd rather have an accurate number. Pricing was explained but there was some miscommunication between the total overall price. This was eventually figured out as the tech took the time to break down the pricing more prior to beginning the pedicure! It was appreciated, as it helped not having any additional charges that I wasn't aware of at check-out. I just did a basic pedicure, which was okay, but the paint job was a bit sloppy. Paint was left in the skin around the toe nails and she rushed my shoes on and didn't give me a chance to look, nor ask if it looked okay. The entire time my pedicure was being done she didn't try to have any conversation with me, nor share her name. It was quiet. Once done, she moved me to another chair for my full set. I'll start by saying I do really love my full set, they look great. However, once again, there was no attempt at conversation. She talked, the entire time, to the girl doing a full set next to us. She did not ask me what shape, so I had to ask her myself as she was just doing her own shape. The customer service just wasn't ideal. As someone who was looking to find a new nail salon to call "home," this wasn't the experience I was hoping for. I'll have to try some more shops, as the staff didn't seem quite as friendly as I'd hoped. The pricing was great and overall, the quality isn't bad, but I did not feel warm or welcomed.

I "yelped up" hair and color near me and saw good reviews for a salon I had never heard of before despite visiting Victoria regularly for many years. I called to see if I could get an appointment and Bianca answered and gave me an appointment in about the space of time it would take me to drive over there. Bianca did a lovely job, helping me choose color and giving her expert advice where needed. The salon itself is clean and attractive, looked fairly busy with regular clients (a good sign i'd think) and the exchanges between stylists and clients sounded so very friendly and caring. Anyone wanting to try out something new or even just a new stylist should really look this place up. Im really pleased!

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience this evening was extremely disappointing. At around 5:20 PM, I called to ask if you were accepting walk-ins and was told, "Come on in! We can get you right in." Based on that response, I arrived about ten minutes later, around 5:30 PM. When I entered, every barber was already with a client, and no one acknowledged me or even noticed that I had come in. Despite this, I signed in and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt. As time passed, more people walked in--some with appointments and possibly some walk-ins--and they were taken back almost immediately. Meanwhile, after waiting for over an hour and a half, I still had not received any acknowledgment, communication, or apology from the staff. Eventually, it became clear that no one was going to assist me, so I left. This was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience, especially considering how positive my first visit was. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was very disappointing.
