Jesse and his team are THE BEST- all I can say is WOW!…read more I went in for a break check because my ABS light was on. Firestone and other places charge $90 just to tell you what the problem is but Jesse was upfront. He physically showed me what the issues were with my car and clearly explained why they mattered and how they affected the car. Jesse told me what was most important and what could wait so that I could prioritize based on my budget. In the end I needed whole new front- ball joints, arms, bushing, and tires, and two weeks later new alternator (which I knew was coming). He was able to get it all done at an extremely affordable rate and in fast time. I have finally found an honest reliable mechanic that does a great job.

Aggarvated i go back and show the problem to the owner and the response i get is "So? Whats wrong with that?" One, you fucked me out of 30$ so you could profit. Two, he denys me any warrantys on the new tire i made him switch out and says he has never given any. When the last tire i got had a 15 day warranty. Deffinitely will NOT be going back again, i will not tolerate being fucked and getting treated poorly because you thought you were slick. Nice try buddy.

Is $48 for an oil change with standard oil and $425 for back brake pads at a hole in the wall shop…read moreseem high to anyone else or is that just me??? I am going to ask around about this because I am really curious about what happened. This is a privately-owned, little hole-in-a wall-place on Elam across from the Auto Zone Parts store. They charged me $48 for an oil change with standard oil. One time I paid $40 for an oil change but I had money back then. Most oil changes with standard oil is $20-30. They couldn't tell me an estimate of parts (from Auto Zone) and labor until they took my car apart. So they took my back wheels off and then told me it would be another $425. Plus, I had a doctor appointment for my injection procedure so I told them no and I had to go. I get my car and I drove around a few times on Elam and took it back because the passenger side wheel was clicking like the spoke was hitting something, then sputtering and knocking. I thought the wheel was going to fall off. I drove my car with bad brakes to Terrell and safely made it back last Thursday and yesterday. So I took it back and the manager said that when they took my tire off the brakes broke and fell apart and then the brake fluid leaked out but If you drive safely, then you can come back tomorrow and pay me $425 I will fix it. Then we got into it and he fixed the passenger side back brakes for a discounted price of $219 to do that 1 tire. For future reference I asked him about how I am leaking power steering fluid and my AC motor doesn't work and if he could give me an estimate. He said no you can't give estimates without first taking your car apart. That seems strange to me. You bring your car in blind and you don't know how much it costs until the car is on the lift and pulled apart. At the point you feel pressured for them to finish and fix it. After I got my car back and heard the noisy and felt the difference driving it, I was concerned for my safety driving it now and felt vulnerable. I can't believe they weren't going to tell me that they opened up my tire and my brakes broke and fell off and all my brake fluid leaked out. Did they think I wouldn't notice when I left? I went from bad brakes to tire about to fall off. The noisy was obvious. I am to the point that I would rather drive on bad brakes and my car not be able to pass a safety inspection than have to deal with mechanics ripping women off.

I can't speak on the business as a whole but the guy at the front with the back brace has to be the most unprofessional person I have come across without me getting a few words out to explain my situation. If I was the owner I would wonder how much business I am losing because of this. I wouldn't spend a dollar with them as there are many other shops to choose who are much nicer to potential customers. I chose to ignore his rude behavior and just keep my mouth shut and leave to prevent a confrontation. Remember this some people will not make a big deal about things they just won't return and spend their money. Do better be better.

Never had a problem with my car, it turned off like 3 times and the engine was "hesitating". Never met Emilio or see him, we only talked on the phone. I dropped my car off, and I was never told about the 120.00 for a diagnostic (that'sok I understand some shops charge for a diagnostic. I told him to check the battery. I know it is just the battery. Well, he never did. He called me about 4 hours later and told me I needed a new transmission. Didn't give me a report or the codes th Nissan threw. He just gave me a receipt for 120.00 and told me I need a new transmission. He quoted me $4,200.00 for a used transmission and $5,118.38 for new transmission parts and labor. I borrowed some mo ey and almost called him back to fix my car because I have brand new tires on my car, new rotors break pads I take very good care of all my cars. Si anyway last night I said again I know my transmission is good I know it. I removed the battery too to it O'Reilly, and my battery was bad. I still had a warranty, so I got a new battery. I said problem solve. I went to drive my car to see what the transmission was doing, and it turned off 3 times right away. Guess what? MY TRUCK HAD NO GAS ON IT. My kid drives it, and since it and so little gas, we would only drive it half a block, and it would turn off so we would come home right away so gas light sensor never turned on. I know it's silly, but I hadn't used it. I was busy, and that's why I took it to Emilio. I called him, and he seemed mad. He has an attitude, and he says, "Your truck threw the codes." That's not the point. Maybe the transmission is going bad eventually, but so far, all my car needed was a new battery and gas. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. Also, my regular mechanic quoted me $3,500.00 new transmission. The cost is $2,200.00 at the dealership. They charge way too much as well.
