He wanted to show how bad he was in front of 2 bystander men so he told me he wasn't giving me a refund for the alignment. Now keep in mind I didn't ask for a refund for the $ 425 tires I had to re-buy I just wanted my money for the alignment. After purchasing the new tires and going to a more reputable establishment they informed me the previous alignment was so bad they had to get a second opinion because they thought they was reading it wrong. There was no option for zero stars so that's why they got that one. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

They brought me to him after I had a blow out and he put a really decent tire on for a great price. Well everytime that I've gone to him to get tires since then I have noticed that the tires don't hold up at all. Like literally will be on for 2 weeks and then go flat. I understand they are used but even a used tire should still hold up longer than that. Never dawned on me that he was putting these dry rotted tires on my car that's why he sells them for so cheap (until)I went up there less than a month ago to get my front tires replaced and literally less than a week later one of them went flat. I reached out to him to see if I could get it switched out for a better one and he never returned my call or text. I sent him pictures showing the inside wall of the tire was damaged and he still never replied. I was a loyal customer to him for about 2 years and have referred people to him though now I see he is just a scammer in a whole in the wall tire shop. He is not a real mechanic can only put tires on and that's it. He will knowingly put one of the following on your car and won't think twice about it Option A: a severely defected tire Option B: too damn worn to be sold Option C: or incorrectly sized tire on your car just to make a quick profit. He probably does this mostly in situations when he is directly dealing with a female client who he presumes doesn't know any better. Stay away at all costs!!!

I was skeptical about used tires but did my research before hand and Jonathan pulled two matching pairs down and we inspected them together! I think I got a great deal and honestly in Atlanta I'm tired of paying for brand new nice tires! Def do your research and let them know your concerns they'll take of you! As far as install, they don't do appointments, but I went on a Wednesday around 10:30am and didn't have to wait. There is no official wait room so park, go up to desk and someone will take care of you! Lucky for me I got Jonathan again and he was able to to go over everything with me again, and even inspected all my tires and we talked about options, and then I was able to have them changed right after! They take apple pay, and my experience from start to finish was amazing! Again, this is not your place where you go and have a fancy waiting room, but that's because they don't do appointments and they do great work fast! Def recommend and will be my go to in the area!

This is the reason so many of us in the neighborhood returned over & again. With out correct Leadership how quickly the fall. They now resemble jackals. Battery wasn't the issue when the truck arrived. Since I just recently purchased a new one four months prior. Car simply wouldn't turn over i attempted multiple times back to back for 2 days turning the ignition on, every time it was trying but gas wouldn't get thru. Diagnose was fuel pump $950, fuel module $250, I researched it ahead ot time it was more than likely the module. I ask for my parts they had to check to mk sure that they hadn't been picked up for recycling, oh and I had to pay a core charge. I said no problem. Marcus then preceded to print out the bill, in which I saw ( my partner gave the ok) the price of the cable which was in perfect condition, they told my partner that it need to be replaced as well as the battery. I said hold up I just bought that battery i want it back it's under warranty plus I can use it in my trailer for the hitch. No problem I was told but I had to pay a core. Scratch my head for min & said okay no problem I will pay. After checking with an employee who came out to the desk I was told that the battery was there, then he came back in and said they had already picked them up this morning. They didn't know to replace it until after they alerted us of the battery issue, which was that same morning around 10:45 a.m. My fuel tank is slow to take gas for the second time of going to this location. I know in my heart tomorrow when I take it back to them they will have the remedy for 300 to 500. As I looked it up already. They are clogging my line in the hopes of us being suckerd in so they can lift the tank in the air, push in one area that they clogged. I despise this place for the molestation of our elderly. women & anyone else that these Jackal may see. One owner truck from dealership to them. YOU HAVE BEEN WORN. Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes.
