First, begin with either a hot sauna or steam bath, this helps improve circulation and promote detoxification. Next you transition to a cold plunge, to help boost some of those good endorphins and reduce inflammation. Next you want to relax. They have a bunch of areas to chill out and lounge around. The resting is important as it helps your body stabilize. Once you've rested, repeat! Or if you're like us.. go back to your favorite spots. After a couple cycles, we had appointments for some spa treatments. I got lymphatic drainage, which was SO relaxing, and Caleb got a deep tissue massage. This was the perfect add on! The one recommendation I do have, is before having a spa treatment, go change out of your wet bathing suit and into something dry. Putting on a wet cold bathing suit after a relaxing massage was... unpleasant. My own fault! Bring a book and sit on the decks to soak up the sun and enjoy your relaxation steps. The facility is well maintained and clean, and the changing rooms are great. We truly enjoyed this experience and it was such a unique thing to do in Montreal. The restaurant could use some more vegan friendly options, but they had a gluten free menu which was nice for our friend that was Celiac. The portions were very small though so I left still hungry.

One of the girls actually reminded me I still had an extra 10% off, which was a nice surprise. I picked up two perfume sample sets from a brand I've been wanting to try, so I was really happy with that. Also loved their new checkout system they can actually ring you up while you're waiting in line if you're paying by card. One of the associates pulled me aside and checked me out on her phone, which made everything way faster. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely go back.

On one side of the room they have gift packages and each comes with a sleeve that has unique artwork and a poem. Sadly, everything is very expensive and I can't justify paying for any of it.
