Ribeye is perfectly cooked and served with a bunch of sides including mashed potato, roasted garlic, potato gratin, corn cheese, etc. Salad was very fresh and complements the fattiness of the steak well. It was a 14 course tasting menu with multiple meats, sausages etc all were good but the coup de grace is still the ribeye - it's unbelievably flavorful and tender.
